    摘要： A folding knife includes a blade cavity defined by two liner plates into which a pivotal blade may reside. The blade, which is pivotally attached to liner plates at a pivot point, includes a tang having a recess that is parallel to the sides of the blade. A rod is pivotally secured to the blade within the recess. A spring is secured to either or both liner plates at one end and to the rod at the other end so that a pulling action is applied to the blade. The rod is attached to the blade with respect to the pivot point so that the action of the spring forces the blade into the blade cavity until the blade is rotated from the cavity past a critical point of angular displacement, after which the spring forces the blade to its fully open position.The invention further includes a variety of locking arrangements which ensure that once the blade reaches its fully open position, the blade will remain there until the user desires to close it.

The wall hook includes a body having lower teeth positioned to engage the bottom surface of the brick, an upper jaw member having upper teeth for engaging the top surface of the brick. A handle is pivotally attached to the body between a locked and unlocked position and includes a hook structure that can be used to support hanging items. The upper jaw member is pivotally attached to the handle so that a clamping force is generated on the brick when the handle is positioned in the locked position, and released when the handle is positioned in its unlocked position.

The system includes a mask unit that is preferably custom fit to the user, and a modular, selectively -connectable viewing unit. The viewing unit houses all the required virtual reality optics and may be selectively secured to the mask unit. The mask unit includes an electrical memory which is electrically connected to the viewing unit when the two are connected. The viewing unit includes activatable covers to automatically protect the lenses whenever the viewing unit is disconnected from the mask unit. The viewing unit further includes a system to automatically adjust the distance between the lenses to match the interpupillary distance of the user. The viewing unit also includes an integral payment device and a handle.

    摘要： A virtual reality system is provided which allows a computer to take control of a user's avatar within a virtual environment whenever the avatar's user leaves the game. The computer follows prescribed instructions to control the avatar. A photosensor is provided within the user's VR headset to detect any ambient light reaching inside the headset, which indicates that the headset is not being worn by the user. In such instance, the computer converts the user's avatar to a substitute avatar within the virtual environment and begins to control the avatar until a prescribed time period has passed, or until the user returns to the game.

The just-expanded gas causes an endothermic reaction in which heat is removed from the applicator. The applicator is usable to then draw heat energy from skin, etc. When applied to skin, a numbing effect is experienced which can ease pain associated with depilation, discomfort associated with exfoliation, be useful in treating wounds, etc.
