Abstract:
A cylinder-type endosseous implant having a collar portion and a main type body portion formed under the collar portion. The implant also has screw threads, wherein the height of said screw threads is 0.2 to 0.4 mm; the pitch of said screw threads is 0.8 to 1.7 mm and the rising angle of said screw threads is determined to be at least 50.degree. and less than 90.degree.. The rising angle is defined to be the angle made by a root surface of the main body portion and the straight line which could be drawn from the top of a screw thread to the bottom of the same screw thread.
Abstract:
A method of removing a required number of articles from a packing box which is accommodating a plurality of articles and having one open side. The method includes a step of setting the orientation of the packing box with the open side directed side-wise, a step of sucking surfaces of the required number of articles in the packing box with sucking pads through the open side of the packing box directed side-wise, and a step of removing from the packing box the necessary number of articles sucked by the sucking pads.
Abstract:
A goods accommodation method and apparatus in which a container is set such that its opening is directed horizontally, and box-shaped goods are stacked on a slide such that their surfaces facing the opening of the container are aligned with each other. The goods are transferred into the container while they are held in the stacked state by inserting the slide together with the goods stacked thereon into the container and then quickly pulling the slide out of the container at a speed higher than the speed of insertion such that the stacked goods reimain in the container. The container is then turned up such that its opening is directed upward.
Abstract:
A goods collection method is disclosed, in which box-shaped goods form goods delivery units and are successively received in necessary quantities on goods receptacles and accommodated in containers or the like. Each goods receptacle used has a goods reception surface inclined downward from a goods reception side toward the other side and includes a stopper wall provided on the other side for stopping received goods. The goods received on the goods receptacle are caused to gather on the goods reception surface such as to be on the side thereof adjacent the stopper wall.
Abstract:
In a method of cutting and recovering a bundling body D or wrap for a bundle of articles, a bundling body sucking opening 42 is arranged in the vicinity of an article transferring position and so positioned as to maintain a constant distance to the side portion of an articles B in the condition where holding of the articles by the holding plates is released.
Abstract:
A plurality of goods contained at random or in a predetermined arrangement, particularly in a three rows or more in a container such as a corrugated fiberboard box and a plastic container, etc., are stored in a goods storage device arranged in no more than two rows and having a plurality of goods storage sections. After the goods have been shifted to a goods drop-out device having a plurality of goods storing sections arranged in no more than two rows, a shutter disposed along a side surface portion of the goods drop-out device is opened and shut by an actuator, so that the goods which have been shifted to the goods storage section of the goods drop-out device are discharged into a goods storage section unit. By shifting the goods stored in a storage apparatus to a goods take-out device which has moved toward the storage apparatus side, a shifting operation of goods can be performed with ease. By reengaging a partition in an engaging portion selected in such a manner as to correspond to the sizes, configurations, etc. of goods, the goods can be effectively stored and many kinds of goods can be reliably taken out.
Abstract:
A box cutting method is characterized in that after moving a cutter for cutting a box to a predetermined position which is determined in accordance with the size of the box, the box is cut by moving the cutter along a cutting line formed on the box.
Abstract:
A method for shifting goods in which goods arranged in a predetermined manner within a container having an opening portion are taken out of the container in such a manner as to correspond to the arrangement of the storing state of the goods. The method comprising the steps of superposing a goods take-out tool including partitions which are formed in such a manner as to correspond to the arrangement of the storing state of the goods on the opening portion of the container, and inverting the superposed container and goods take-out tool. The goods in the container can be taken into the goods take-out tool without changing the arrangement of the storing state of the goods.
Abstract:
A method for assembling and storing goods has a carousel equipped with a plurality of goods storing portions for storing goods which are to be assembled and stored, and a device for supplying goods, which are to be transferred to the goods storing portions from which goods have been taken out, to adjacent the goods storing portions. The method being characterized in that when a supplement of goods becomes necessary due to the goods having been taken out of the goods storing portions so as to be subjected to an assembling and storing operation, goods which are already supplied to the above-mentioned somewhere near the goods storing portions by the device for supplying, are transferred to the goods storing portions which are required to be supplemented with goods.
