Abstract:
A goods accommodation method and apparatus in which a container is set such that its opening is directed horizontally, and box-shaped goods are stacked on a slide such that their surfaces facing the opening of the container are aligned with each other. The goods are transferred into the container while they are held in the stacked state by inserting the slide together with the goods stacked thereon into the container and then quickly pulling the slide out of the container at a speed higher than the speed of insertion such that the stacked goods remain in the container. The container is then turned up such that its opening is directed upward.
Abstract:
In a method for stowing a load 1 in a load stacking position on a rear deck 4A, the load 1 is mounted on a slide plate 63 and is pushed by a pusher 51 to a push-in position until the load 1 and the slide plate 63 reach a load stacking position which is close to and facing against a front wall 4B on the rear deck 4A. Then the load 1 is transferred to the load stacking position by pulling the slide plate 63 back from the load stacking position with the pusher 51 kept in the push-in position.
Abstract:
A goods reception conveyor 17 has a support member 61 capable of excursion along a goods conveying path, and a plurality of flexible goods receptacle members 62 supported by the support member 61 at different positions thereof in the conveying direction. Each goods receptacle member 62 is supported by the support member 61 at an upstream and a downstream point 63B and 63A along the conveying direction such as to be suspended in a flexibly U-shaped form to form a U-shaped goods receptacle 62A. The distance between the upstream and downstream support points of each goods receptacle member 62 is variable.
Abstract:
A production execution method of the present invention includes the steps of storing in a storage facility at least one kind of material, among various kinds of material used to produce desired goods, calculating a producible quantity of goods based on an already procured quantity or already stocked quantity of the various kinds of material using a calculation processor, and deciding a quantity equal to or below the producible quantity as a production execution quantity. Thereafter, the production executing quantity is set by being divided into two or more smaller quantities wherein a required quantity of the material is then taken out from the storage facility for each set quantity for each setting so that production of the decided production execution quantity of goods can be executed in sequence.
Abstract:
This invention relates to a method of palletizing a variety of goods by layers and a device therefor. Goods are formed in a unit load by palletizing them layer by layer in the order of layer area dimensions from the bottom with due consideration to layer area dimensions of goods, dimensions of void spaces which are not occupied with goods, and the dimensional relation among goods so that the palletized goods will not collapse during transportation. A good may fall into the void on the layer below or project beyond the edge of a lower layer to disturb the equilibrium. The palletizing method according to this invention facilitates handling of easily collapsible cases such as corrugated fiberboard boxes in a unit load by pressing at least the two sides of one layer of goods, releasing the pressure and then pressing and holding the same again. This invention method is characterized by palletizing layers of goods in a unit load which has at least one side surface substantially vertical to the bottom surface so that the unit load can be consolidated in the horizontal direction simply but securely by an automatic strapping machine for preventing collapse in transportation. In order to achieve such objects, this invention includes a palletizing device having a mechanism of holding one layer of goods having a good pressing device, a controller for pressing with said goods pressing device, a controller for controlling the order of palletizing, a centering mechanism which registers said holding mechanism with the center of a good layer, a detector which determines the position for suspending a truck so as to align the sides of layers uniformly, and a lifter for unit load which moves a unit load up and down in respect of said holding mechanism.
Abstract:
A method of sorting goods and a system therefor. An efficient method of sorting goods which arrive in the unit of items into groups which have been determined in advance in the order of delivery in a prescribed quantity so as to allow sequential loading of goods in a truck or the like in first-in-last-out manner. The loading order is dependent on the item and quantity for a destination and/or a number of destinations, and to deal with changes in orders which frequently occur. The system applicable to this method includes plural assembling and storage conveyors for assembling goods in classified groups, a diverting conveyor which sort out goods arrived in the unit of items into said assembling and storage conveyors and a controlling system which controls said diverting conveyor and the sorting out operation.
Abstract:
A transcranial electrical stimulation device 1 having a wearing equipment 2 detachably worn onto a patient's head and at least a pair of electrodes 4 attached to the wearing equipment 2, the device for electrically stimulating a motor area of a patient's cerebral cortex by outputting current from the electrode 4 connected to a current generator. An engagement part 6 capable of engaging the wearing equipment 2 to a scalp with a thread-like body 8 is provided to the wearing equipment 2, and the electrode 4 is attached to the wearing equipment 2 protrudably to the head side of the electrode 4, and tip of the electrode 4 is capable of subcutaneously piercing through the head. It is unnecessary to bore a patient's skull outer layer with a drill, and a mounting of the electrode can be performed in a short time. The electrodes can be accurately positioned at predetermined positions of a patient's head, and the motor area of a cerebral cortex can be effectively stimulated.
Abstract:
A thermal analysis apparatus includes: a sample temperature control device for surrounding a sample placed on a measurement position and controlling the temperature of the sample; a balance beam for supporting the sample and capable of tilting about a pivot point; and a sample moving device that allows the balance beam to slide between a first position at which the sample is situated at the measurement position and a second position at which the sample is situated at a distant position which is a position outside the sample temperature control unit. The distant position is a position which is deviated laterally from a line trajectory extending from the measurement position to the outside of the sample temperature control device. When the sample is at the measurement position, the balance beam is allowed to linearly slide and subsequently to rotationally slide about an axial line, to thereby transport the sample from the measurement position to the distant position.
