摘要: The invention relates to a rail system as a track for suitable running gears and also to the running gear for a carrier roller diagnostic system, wherein the rail system is formed from a closed profile or tube. The rail system according to the invention comprises at least one running rail (2), a multi-part track holder (1) and a holding element (14) which is arranged with a first region (A) in a running rail support (13) of the track holder (1) and is arranged with a second region (B) in the running rail (2) when the running rail (2) and the running rail support (13) are connected to one another in the longitudinal direction, wherein the second region (B) of the holding element (14) is arranged in a passage opening (21) of the running rail (2) or projects through it. The running gear (3) according to the invention has at least one two-roller system as a guide and drive system, and at least one chassis which receives and connects both roller systems, has connection options for sensor system carriers and/or the energy control module. The guide system is formed such that it surrounds the geometry of the track in such a way that it limits the kinematic degrees of freedom to one and, if necessary, omits the holding of the track. Thus, only one movement (forward/back) along the track is provided. The drive system is designed to move the chassis and all connected systems relative to the track.

The sensor carrier is an autonomous robot navigating a track. The carrier holds cameras and other sensors to receive horticultural images and telemetry for plants in a grow operation. The carrier reads embedded signals in the track including Radio Frequency Identifier (RFID) tags, embedded positioning magnets, and drilled hole patterns for a beam breaking system to determine navigation and operation. For tracks placed at sharp angles, a transfer station with wall guards to prevent the carrier from falling enable safe transfers from different track segments. Additional features include an emergency stop (e-stop) switch and power management for autonomous sensor carriers.

摘要: The present invention relates to a transfer arrangement for transferring sausage-shaped products, like sausages, to a rod-like element, like a smoking rod, provided in a loading position in a hanging line, each of the sausage-shaped products contain a flowable filling material in a tubular or bag-shaped packaging casing provided with a suspension element, like a suspension loop, through which the sausage-shaped products can be suspended on the rod-like element. The transfer arrangement comprises an infeed device having an infeed conveyor and a guide bar along which the suspension elements of the sausage-shaped products are guided in an infeed direction to the rod-like element, a transport device which is arranged above the rod-like element and the guide bar and which has a conveyor device with transportation elements for transporting the sausage-shaped products along the guide bar towards the rod-like element, and a drive device for driving the conveyor device, and an indexing device for supporting the guide bar. The indexing device includes at least two pairs of indexing pins configured to be reversibly moved pairwise and alternately into an engagement position for engaging with the guide bar for supporting the guide bar and into a release position for disengaging with the guide bar for allowing the passage of a suspension element of a sausage-shaped product to be suspended on the rod-like element in the loading position, wherein the indexing pins of each pair of indexing pins are arranged on opposite sides of the guide bar and at least substantially opposite to each other, and a transmission arrangement for driving and controlling the movement of the indexing pins. The transmission arrangement is driven by the transport device.

摘要: A goods accommodation method and apparatus in which a container is set such that its opening is directed horizontally, and box-shaped goods are stacked on a slide such that their surfaces facing the opening of the container are aligned with each other. The goods are transferred into the container while they are held in the stacked state by inserting the slide together with the goods stacked thereon into the container and then quickly pulling the slide out of the container at a speed higher than the speed of insertion such that the stacked goods reimain in the container. The container is then turned up such that its opening is directed upward.

摘要: A device for emptying transport bags conveyed in a suspended manner, includes a conveying system via which transport bags may be supplied in a suspended manner along a conveying path. The transport bags have a pocket that is open at the top when in the filled state and a front side. A circulating conveyor belt for receiving piece good units transported in the transport bags is included, and in a contact section, the conveying paths of the conveying system and the conveyor belt are situated relative to one another in such a way that the distance between the conveying paths of the conveying system and the conveyor belt become continuously smaller, so that when a transport bag is conveyed along the contact section, the front side of the pocket of the transport bag contacts and comes to rest on the conveyor belt, and the transport bag is thereby pivoted backwards.
