摘要： An information recording medium on which a plurality of stream groups are multiplexed and recorded by a unit of packet, which is a physically accessible unit, each of the stream groups including one video stream, the information recording medium provided with: an object data file for storing object data which comprises a plurality of packets; and an object information file for storing correspondence definition information for controlling the reproduction of the object data. The object data is divided by a divisional unit in at least one portion of a reproduction section, which is provided with the plurality of packets and corresponds to one of the plurality of stream groups. The object information file stores unit address information indicating an address of each of divisional units, as the reproduction control information.

摘要： An information recording medium includes a file for storing object data consisting of a plurality of packets and a file for storing, as its reproduction control information, (i) correspondence definition information for defining relationship between a plurality of packets and a plurality of partial streams multiplexed on the time axis and (ii) reproduction output group definition information for defining as the reproduction output group a set of partial streams which can be switched among the plurality of partial streams. The partial streams include a plurality of channel streams wherein audio information on plural channels is recorded in one stream. The reproduction output group definition information defines the reproduction output group in such a way that a plurality of channel streams can redundantly belong to it. The reproduction output group to which plural channel streams redundantly belong is added by channel specification information.

摘要： An information recording medium has recorded thereon a plurality of sets of still image information to be continuously played back in the form called a slide show audio information to be played back in synchronization with the still image information. Also recorded on the information recording medium is playback control information for playing back the audio information in synchronization with the sets of still image information. When the still image information sets are sequentially played back, the audio information is played back in synchronization with the still image information according to the playback control information. The playback control information includes audio repeat information for controlling the repetition of the audio information. The repeated playback of the audio information is controlled according to the audio repeat information.

摘要： An information recording device includes: acquisition elements for acquiring corresponding definition information, arrival time information, and display time information from a primary recording medium; processing elements for converting the display time indicated by the display time information into a display time indicated on the same time axis according to the arrival time information and outputting the processed display time information; and recording elements for recording a second whole stream in the form of the processed display time information which has been output and added to each packet of a plurality of partial streams constituting the second whole stream on a secondary recording medium. On the primary recording medium, the arrival time information indicating the arrival time of each packet and display time information indicating the display time are recorded.

摘要： On an information recording medium, an entire stream including a plurality of portion streams, each of which is provided with picture information or audio information constituting a series of content, is multiplexed-and-recorded by a unit of packet. The information recording medium is provided with a file for storing object data, which is constructed by a plurality of packets, each of which stores therein a segment of the picture information or the audio information. The information recording medium is further provided with a file for storing information which defines a reproduction sequence of the object data and a file for storing information which defines a group having a specific relation from among a plurality of the plurality of portion streams.
