    Abstract: Wireless communications systems, apparatuses, and methods are provided. A method of wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE) may include receiving, from a network unit, a channel state information (CSI) report configuration, receiving, from the network unit, a plurality of reference signals, and transmitting, to the network unit based on the CSI report configuration, at least one CSI report, the at least one CSI report indicating one or more first reference signals of the plurality of reference signals satisfying a first threshold and one or more second reference signals of the plurality of reference signals satisfying a second threshold, wherein the second threshold is different from the first threshold.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described to support requesting a change to one or more beam management parameters based on a prediction of a change of a beam ranking at a user equipment (UE). The UE may transmit, to a base station, a medium access control-control element (MAC-CE) that includes a beam failure recovery (BFR) message. The BFR message may include a request to adjust a parameter associated with a beam management procedure for one or more secondary cell (SCells) used for communications with the UE. The request may include a request to change a parameter such as a periodicity of a beam management report, a periodicity of one or more beam management resources, a number of beam management resources, or any combination thereof.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for peak to average power ratio (PAPR) reduction for orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM). An example method, performed at a transmitter, includes generating a plurality of orthogonal frequency division multiplexed (OFDM) symbols, based on a constellation associated with a modulation scheme, adjusting a phase of at least one of the OFDM symbols based on at least one parameter that depends on a non-integer multiple of a phase distance between two points on the constellation, generating a Discrete Fourier Transform spread OFDM (DFT-s-OFDM) waveform based on the OFDM symbols after the adjustment, and transmitting the DFT-s-OFDM waveform to a receiver.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a base station, a first message of a random access procedure. The UE may receive, from the base station, a second message of the random access procedure that indicates information for an uplink grant for a third message of the random access procedure, the information including a modulation and coding scheme (MCS) indication and a transmit power control (TPC) indication. The UE may transmit, to the base station, one or more repetitions of a physical uplink shared channel carrying the third message.     Abstract: In a wireless communication system, a user equipment (UE) may report channel state information (CSI) using a learned dictionary defining a set of sparse vectors. The UE determines a learned dictionary for CSI reporting. For example, the UE receives a shared dictionary from a similar and nearby UE or the UE trains the learned dictionary based on logged CSI measurements. The UE indicates the learned dictionary to a serving base station. The UE measures CSI for a plurality of channels. The UE reports a sparse vector representing the CSI based on the learned dictionary to the serving base station.
