    Abstract: Systems and methods for identifying a condition associated with an individual in a home environment are provided. Sensors associated with the home environment detect data, which is captured and analyzed by a local or remote processor to identify the condition. In some instances, the sensors are configured to capture data indicative of electricity use by devices associated with the home environment, including, e.g., which devices are using electricity, what date/time electricity is used by each device, how long each device uses electricity, and/or the power source for the electricity used by each device. The processor analyzes the captured data to identify any abnormalities or anomalies, and, based upon any identified abnormalities or anomalies, the processor determines a condition (e.g., a medical condition) associated with an individual in the home environment. The processor generates and transmits a notification indicating the condition associated with the individual to a caregiver of the individual.

In certain situations, the vehicle may shift from one level of autonomous capability to another. The shift may require more or less driving responsibility from a human operator. Sensors inside the vehicle collect human operator parameters to determine an alertness level of the human operator. An alertness level is determined based on the human operator parameters and other data including historical data or human operator-specific data. Notifications are presented to the user based on the determined alertness level that are more or less intrusive based on the alertness level of the human operator and on the urgency of an impending change to autonomous capabilities. Notifications may be tailored to specific human operators based on human operator preference and historical performance.

    Abstract: A property sharing insurance management (“PSIM”) computing device for analyzing data from a property sharing platform to adjust insurance premiums for an offerer of a property may be provided. The PSIM computing device may include at least one processor programmed to (i) receive, from a data source, a plurality of property data, (ii) store the property data in a plurality of data records in a database, wherein each data record is associated with one property and stores the plurality of property data for that property, (iii) analyze the property data for the property, (iv) determine a percentage of time that the property is used for commercial purposes in an insurance billing cycle, and (v) process one or more adjusted insurance premiums for the offerer based upon the determined percentage of time that the property is used for commercial purposes in the insurance billing cycle.

    Abstract: A computer-implemented method of providing insurance coverage using temporary risk data may include: (1) receiving, at an insurance provider computing device(s), data indicative of a risk of a loss associated with a party; (2) determining, based upon the data indicative of the risk, whether the risk of the loss associated with the party is temporarily different from an ordinary risk of the loss; (3) determining, when the risk of the loss is temporarily different from the ordinary risk of the loss, terms of temporary insurance coverage for the loss having the risk that is temporarily different from the ordinary risk of the loss; and (4) providing or offering, for a duration for which the risk of the loss is to be temporarily different from the ordinary risk of the loss, the temporary insurance coverage for the loss. As a result, insurance-cost savings may be passed on to risk averse customers.

    Abstract: A computer system is configured to store historical data identifying a plurality of events and corresponding outcomes, train an artificial intelligence (AI) model using the historical data generate a trained AI model, and generate a user interface enabling access to functionality of the trained AI model at a remote computing device. The computer system is also configured to receive, via the user interface, an operational request including initial input data, identify additional data missing from the operational request, retrieve, in response to a plurality of queries and responses through the user interface, the additional data, and execute the trained AI model using the initial input data and the additional data, wherein a model output from the trained AI model includes an operational response.     Abstract: The following relates generally to providing virtual reality (VR) alerts to a driver of an autonomous vehicle. For example, a vehicle may be driving autonomously while the driver is watching a VR movie (e.g., on a pair of VR goggles); the driver may then receive a VR alert recommending that the driver take control of the vehicle (e.g., switch the vehicle from autonomous to manual mode). The following also relates to generating a VR feed for presenting real-time road conditions so that a user may preview a road segment. The following also relates to generating a VR feed corresponding to an event (e.g., a vehicle collision, a crime, a weather event, and/or a natural disaster).
