摘要: A monitoring unit in an emergency alert system a housing and a motion sensor positioned within the housing and configured to detect motion within a monitoring area. The monitoring unit includes a communication device configured to electronically communicate with one or more remote electronic devices and a microcomputer. The microcomputer includes a memory device storing instructions and a processing device configured to execute the instructions to: determine motion data from the motion sensor, the motion data representing movement or lack of movement by a subject in the monitoring area, determine that the lack of movement occurs within a monitoring period, determine that a duration of the lack of movement exceeds a threshold, and transmit an electronic alert message to the one or more remote electronic devices using the communication device. The electronic alert message indicates a potential emergency based on the lack of movement.

摘要: A method of notifying personnel in an operating room of a potential hazard comprising, at a computing system: capturing at least one image of the operating room by at least one camera that can detect light outside of a visible spectrum; determining that at least one potential hazard is in the operating room based on analysis of the at least one image; and in response to determining that the at least one potential hazard is in the operating room, generating at least one notification for notifying the personnel in the operating room that there is the at least one potential hazard in the operating room.

The operations may further include classifying one or more characteristics corresponding to the obtained image using one or more machine learning models and detecting a presence of one or more safety triggers in the environment based on the one or more determined vectors corresponding to the one or more subsections of the obtained image. Further, the operations may include automatically deploying a safety indicator based on the detecting the presence of the one or more safety triggers in the environment.

In one example, a first device receives a message comprising a description of an event of a first person in an environment from a first user device using a first transmission protocol. The first device detects that the message is an event message. The first device transmits the event message to the second computing device in the environment using a second transmission protocol, where the first device and the second device are in operable communication using a local area network. The first device receives, using the second transmission protocol, a response from the second device that the second computing device has transmitted the event message to a second user device.

摘要: Techniques are described for enabling a service administrator to respond to a detected doorbell press at a property when an authorized user is unavailable to respond. In some implementations, a determination that a doorbell press has been detected at a property is made. Video data collected by a doorbell device of the property is obtained in response to determining that the doorbell press has been detected at the property. Sensor data collected by one or more sensors of a monitoring system located within the property is obtained in response to determining that the doorbell press has been detected at the property. A present security risk for the property is determined based at least on the obtained sensor data and the obtained video data. A communication session between the doorbell device and a server system associated with the monitoring system of the property is established in response to determining the present security risk for the property.

摘要: Systems and methods for identifying a condition associated with an individual in a home environment are provided. Sensors associated with the home environment detect data, which is captured and analyzed by a local or remote processor to identify the condition. In some instances, the sensors are configured to capture data indicative of electricity use by devices associated with the home environment, including, e.g., which devices are using electricity, what date/time electricity is used by each device, how long each device uses electricity, and/or the power source for the electricity used by each device. The processor analyzes the captured data to identify any abnormalities or anomalies, and, based upon any identified abnormalities or anomalies, the processor determines a condition (e.g., a medical condition) associated with an individual in the home environment. The processor generates and transmits a notification indicating the condition associated with the individual to a caregiver of the individual.
