    摘要: An ink jet recording device, comprises: a main body equipped with an ink container which accumulate ink, an ink supply pump which supplies the ink, an ink recovery pump which recovers the ink, and a control unit; a printing head equipped with a nozzle which jets the ink supplied from the main body as ink particles, an electrification electrode which electrifies the ink particles, a deflection electrode which deflects the electrified ink particles, and a gutter which collects ink particles which are not used for printing; and a cable in which an ink supply flow path for supplying the ink from the main body to the printing head, an ink recovery flow path for returning the ink particles collected by the gutter into the ink container, an exhaust circulation path which connects the ink container and the gutter, and various signal lines for connecting the control unit and the printing head, are arranged. The gutter comprises two members of an ink flow path block in which ink flows, and exhaust flow path block in which exhaust solvent vapor flows.

Accordingly, the gasket 24b is firmly joined to the surface of the plate member 23b, and can be prevented from being lifted up from the plate member 23b. Thus, the plate member 23b is firmly secured to the separator main body 25.

    摘要: An ultrasonic flaw detection is performed to a welded portion 2 of a pipe body 1, a defect detection threshold value is determined based on the signal intensity difference between the total area of the defects existing in the region of an ultrasonic beam on a welded surface and an artificial defect, and a quality control of the pipe body is performed based on the defect detection threshold value. An equivalent defect diameter is determined from the defect density on the welded surface of the welded portion of the pipe body in a pipe axis direction and the area of the ultrasonic beam on the welded surface based on the total area of the defects existing in the region of the ultrasonic beam, and the defect detection threshold value is determined based on the equivalent defect diameter and the signal intensity difference of the artificial defect.

    摘要: A liquid film applicator means can apply a photosensitive lyophobic film 18 to a substrate 16. An exposure unit 10 is placed on the back side of the substrate and forms the lyophobic film applied on the substrate into a pattern in alignment with gate electrodes 13. A dropping unit 55 drops a test liquid to a surface of the substrate having a pattern of the lyophobic film formed by the exposure means. A measuring means 58 detects the droplet dropped by the dropping unit. A determining means determines whether the pattern of the lyophobic film formed by the exposure means is proper or not based on the droplet detected by the detecting means.
