摘要: A printer including a recording head, a flushing box and a movement mechanism is disclosed. The recording head has a nozzle-forming surface in which nozzle openings are defined and ejects a liquid through the nozzle openings. The flushing box has an opening corresponding to the nozzle openings and is capable of receiving the liquid ejected from the nozzle opening as a waste liquid. The movement mechanism moves the flushing box between a receiving position at which the flushing box is capable of receiving the waste liquid and a non-receiving position at which the flushing box is incapable of receiving the waste liquid. The receiving position is a position at which the opening is closely opposed to the nozzle-forming surface, and the non-receiving position is spaced from the receiving position.

摘要: A condition determination unit (102) determines a to-be-used copy-forgery-inhibited-pattern image from a first copy-forgery-inhibited-pattern image generated using a latent pattern designed as a pattern that becomes visible upon copy and a background pattern designed as a pattern that becomes invisible upon copy and a second copy-forgery-inhibited-pattern image generated using the latent pattern. A tint block image generation unit (105) generates the determined copy-forgery-inhibited-pattern image. A combining unit (106) combines the generated copy-forgery-inhibited-pattern image with a print target image. A print data processing unit (107) generates print data on the basis of the combined data and outputs the print data to a printer (108).

摘要: In a method for aligning three-dimensional shape data obtained by performing a three-dimensional measurement of an object, photogrammetry of the object with a target mark is performed to obtain a three-dimensional position and a normal vector of the target mark by a calculation, and the three-dimensional measurement of the object is performed to obtain a three-dimensional position and a normal vector of the target mark. Then, determined is a correspondence between the three-dimensional position of the target mark obtained by the photogrammetry and the three-dimensional position of the target mark obtained by the three-dimensional measurement, by using the three-dimensional position and the normal vector of the target mark obtained by the photogrammetry and those of the target mark obtained by the three-dimensional measurement, and three-dimensional shape data obtained by the three-dimensional measurement is aligned based on the correspondence between the three-dimensional-positions of the target marks.

摘要: A method and apparatus is provided for measuring circuit parameters by analyzing an electric circuit. An equivalent circuit thereof is entered which comprises elements having element values thereof, and a break point and a virtual ground are specified in the equivalent circuit where the break point is provided for disconnecting an electric path for forming a closed-loop circuit. Then, a 2-port network is generated by disconnecting the electric path at the break point in the entered equivalent circuit to form first and second terminals that are ends of the electric path, where the 2-port network has a first port comprised of the first terminal and the virtual ground, and has a second port comprised of the second terminal and the virtual ground. Furthermore, S-parameters of the generated 2-port network is calculated, and an open-loop transfer function of the electric circuit is calculated according to the calculated S-parameters.

摘要: Even if a signal line is momentarily disconnected while data communication, such as image data communication, is being performed by using, for example, an ITU-T Recommendation V.34 modem, communication is suitably continued. A main controller (CPU) determines the operating state (status) of a modem having the following mode. In this mode, the receiving operation of an image signal is automatically shifted to control signal communication upon detecting a pattern of a training signal. The main controller enables the above mode if it determines that the receiving status of the modem is not normal. It is thus possible for the modem to shift from the receiving of an image signal to control signal communication when the signal line is momentarily disconnected.

摘要: In this processing solution supplying apparatus, when restarting the hydrophobic process, the air in the supply pipe is exhausted outside before performing the hydrophobic process by using a transfer gas, bypassing the process chamber. Thus, a large-sized mist of HMDS staying inside the supply pipe is not supplied to the wafer as it is, and after restarting the hydrophobic process after a prolonged stoppage of the adhesion apparatus, the vapor or mist of HMDS can be supplied uniformly to the wafer.

摘要: In this impurity eliminating apparatus, a mounting stand on which a wafer is mounted and a casing which confronts the mounting stand are provided in a container. A lower face of the casing consists of. quartz glass. Inside the casing, an irradiating body for irradiating ultraviolet rays toward the wafer on the mounting stand is provided. The casing is full of inactive gas atmosphere supplied from an inactive gas supply pipe. The atmosphere above the wafer is exhausted from one side by an exhauster. Following the treatment by the impurity eliminating apparatus with the above structure, coating treatment with a treatment solution for forming a SOG film is performed. Thus, organic substances on the surface of the wafer is eliminated to form the SOG film.
