    摘要: A macrocell base station controls to reduce interference between cells by a downlink signal of the macrocell base station with specific timing, the interference which a downlink signal of a low transmission power cell suffers for a wireless terminal. A low transmission power cell base station decides measurement timing with which the wireless terminal measures reception quality of the low transmission power cell based on information about the specific timing, and sends a setting message including a parameter according to the measurement timing to the wireless terminal. The wireless terminal measures reception quality with the measurement timing indicated by the parameter, and when the wireless terminal satisfies a condition for executing an event based on the measured result, the wireless terminal sends a reception quality measurement message including information indicating that the measurement is made with the measurement timing to the low transmission power cell base station.

    摘要: A terminal device (1) is provided with: a trigger judging section (6) judging whether an event trigger for performing handover from a macrocell to a CSG cell has occurred or not; a first measurement result reporting section (7) transmitting a first measurement result report which includes the PCI of a CSG cell for which an event trigger has occurred, to an eNB; a CGI detecting section (9) detecting the CGI of the CSG cell for which the event trigger has occurred, on the basis of measurement setting information transmitted from the eNB; and a second measurement result reporting section (10) transmitting a second measurement result report which includes the detected CGI, to the eNB. When event triggers have continuously occurred, a report transmission controlling section (13) controls transmission of the measurement result reports on the basis of the reception qualities of the CSG cells to reduce the frequency of transmission of the measurement result reports. Thereby, it is possible to control waste of wireless resources and prevent communication interruption from frequently occurring.

    摘要: In a user equipment (UE)(100), a handover from a macro cell base station (eNB)(200) to a CSG cell base station (HeNB)(300) is controlled based on a result of comparison between reception quality from the eNB (200) and reception quality from the HeNB (300) located in a macro cell. The UE (100) comprises: a reception quality measurement unit (104) for measuring the reception quality of the eNB (200) and the reception quality of the HeNB (300); an offsetting unit (106) for offsetting the reception quality of the HeNB (300) with an offset value that makes the reception quality of the HeNB (300) relatively higher than the reception quality of the eNB (200); and an offset value correcting unit (105) for correcting the offset value according to the reception quality of the eNB (200). A user equipment is thereby provided in which handover control can be performed with an appropriate offset value that takes into consideration interference in the uplink from the user equipment to the base station.

    摘要: When a handover request for performing a handover of a terminal (70) from a macro cell C1 to a CSG cell C2 is received from an SeNB 10 (S8), a base station (TeNB) (40) of the CSG cell C2 transmits a handover response in accordance with a handover enabled/disabled state (S12). The handover response includes an identifier of the terminal (70) in the CSG cell C2. Upon receiving the response, the SeNB (10) notifies the identifier to the terminal (70) (S14). The TeNB (40) repeatedly transmits a dedicated signal containing a handover command via a dedicated channel set using the identifier at an interval shorter than a gap period (S18). Accordingly, whether or not access is permitted can be judged promptly and a smooth handover can be realized.
