    摘要: A method of manufacturing a stator in a rotating electric machine. In this method, each slot has a slot peripheral wall and a slot opening, covered with an insulation coating made of an electrical insulation material. The slot peripheral wall SW has a slot bottom wall, a pair of slot side walls opposing to each other and continuing to end portions of the slot bottom wall. The insulation coating is formed continuously from the slot bottom wall to the pair of slot side walls, and a pair of holding grooves opposing to each other is formed in the insulation coating at the vicinity of the slot opening. The groove walls of the pair of the holding grooves are formed in the insulation coating, and an electrical insulation member to close the slot opening is inserted in the pair of holding grooves and held between the pair of holding grooves.

    摘要: The present invention provides a dynamoelectric machine that enables heat that is generated in a permanent magnet to be transmitted to a fan and be radiated from the fan effectively, that suppresses occurrences of damage to the fan that result from centrifugal forces that act on the permanent magnet, and that also enables the fan to be prepared easily and inexpensively.In a dynamoelectric machine according to the present invention, a magnet holder (30, 35) that is made of a magnetic material is disposed so as to span over a trough portion (26, 27), an interfitting groove (31, 36) that has a groove direction in an axial direction is formed on the magnet holder (30, 35) so as to open radially outward, and so as to lead inward from an axially outer side, and a permanent magnet (32, 37) is held by the magnet holder (30, 35) by being fitted into the interfitting groove (31, 36) and is disposed so as to face an inner circumferential surface near a tip end of claw-shaped magnetic pole portions (24, 20) and have a predetermined clearance. In addition, a metal fan (40A, 40B) is fixed to an end surface of a pole core body (17, 21), a thermally conductive plate (43) is disposed so as to extend from a base portion (41) axially inward, and a leading end portion thereof is press-fitted between a lower surface of the permanent magnet (32, 37) and a bottom surface of the interfitting groove (31, 36).

    摘要: The invention provides a surface active agent containing fluorine, which is a copolymer composed of several ethylenic unsaturated monomers containing a fluorinated alkyl group, a silicone chain, and a polyoxyalkylene group, and the surface loss energy of which is less than 110×10−5 mJ in an organic solvent. The copolymer of the surface active agent is soluble to water and in various organic solvents, and has a good compatibility with other ingredients used to form the coating compositions. The present surface active agent reduces the dynamic surface tension of the coating composition, and thereby, have a good foam-preventing property, coating compositions containing the present surface active agent yield coated films with uniform and smooth level surfaces without forming irregularity and striation even by coating operations at high speed and high shearing force.
