    摘要: Embodiments of an apparatus for forming insulation for an electrical component are provided herein. In one embodiment an apparatus for forming an insulation for an electrical component may include an actuator to pull an electrical component in a substantially linear direction, wherein the actuator is configured to move the electrical component in at least one direction relative to the substantially linear direction; a material source configured to provide a material to one or more surfaces of the electrical component as the electrical component is moved proximate the material source, wherein the material comprises at least a portion of an insulation; and a plurality of movable dies having inner surfaces disposed such that the material conforms to the one or more surfaces of the electrical component as the electrical component is moved through the plurality of movable dies.

With the linear portions and the slots being aligned with each other, the insertion jig is inserted into the stator core from the one end side of the insertion jig, and is removed from the stator core toward the other end side, so as to respectively dispose the linear portions at predetermined positions in the slots.

    摘要: The insertion of electrically insulating paper from a continuous roll into slots of a stator created by outwardly projecting teeth is described herein. The insertion of the insulating paper is done by the insertion of prewound coils in the stator slots. The electrically insulating paper is not cut prior to its insertion in the slots, thereby completely covering the outer surface of the stator. The insertion systems and methods described herein are also optionally concerned with the insertion of interphase insulation paper between the different coils inserted in the stator slots and with the insertion of slot closing wedges.

    摘要: An apparatus for loading stator windings into a stator core includes an arbor member including a body having a central axis and an outer diametric portion provided with a plurality of slots. An insertion element is rotatably mounted adjacent the arbor member. The insertion element includes a plurality of slot elements that are configured to register with the plurality of slots. A loading member is rotatably mounted adjacent the insertion element. The loading member includes a plurality of slot members that are configured to register with the plurality of slot elements. The loading member is selectively operated to receive a stator winding into one of the plurality of slot members and transfer the stator winding into one of the plurality of slot elements. The at least one insertion element is selectively operated to transfer the stator winding into one of the plurality of slots of the arbor member.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a stator in a rotating electric machine. In this method, each slot has a slot peripheral wall and a slot opening, covered with an insulation coating made of an electrical insulation material. The slot peripheral wall SW has a slot bottom wall, a pair of slot side walls opposing to each other and continuing to end portions of the slot bottom wall. The insulation coating is formed continuously from the slot bottom wall to the pair of slot side walls, and a pair of holding grooves opposing to each other is formed in the insulation coating at the vicinity of the slot opening. The groove walls of the pair of the holding grooves are formed in the insulation coating, and an electrical insulation member to close the slot opening is inserted in the pair of holding grooves and held between the pair of holding grooves.
