    摘要: An apparatus for multicasting contents between devices in different networks includes: a home-to-home multicast control device for finding the devices in the networks, downloading contents from a device in a network to which the home-to-home multicast control device belongs, processing the contents to generate file blocks, each file block having chunk files, and multicasting the processed contents to the devices in the networks; and at least one home-to-home multicast bridge device for receiving the contents transmitted from the home-to-home multicast control device and streaming the contents to one or more devices in a network to which the home-to-home multicast bridge device belongs. The apparatus further includes a multicast relay device for relaying the contents between the home-to-home multicast control device and the home-to-home multicast bridge device.

    摘要: Provided are a system for channel sounding of broadband single carrier mobile communications and a method thereof. A channel sounding device is provided, which achieves precise modeling of a broadband mobile communication in a 5 GHz band. The channel sounding device can perform precise channel modeling by collecting broadband channel data of 20 MHz between a base station and a mobile station moving at maximum 150 km/h, using a sounding signal including a 802.15.3 preamble, a maximum length sequence (MLS) signal, and a single carrier frequency domain equalization (SC-FDE) symbol overcoming a limitation of signal distortion of an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) signal. The channel sounding device can simultaneously perform modeling of interference of an adjacent channel as well as a transmission channel.

The method includes the steps of: (a) mapping pre-processed input binary data to a constellation diagram divided into four quadrants to output a first complex number; (b) performing addition/subtraction operations between real numbers and between imaginary numbers with respect to the first complex number and a second complex number; and (c) reading a fourth complex from a look-up table in response to the first complex number, the second complex number and a third complex number, the look-up table outputting the fourth complex by performing a subtraction operation on multiplication results between real numbers and between imaginary numbers and an addition operation on multiplication results between the real numbers and the imaginary numbers with respect to the result value of the step (b) and the third complex number. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce the hardware size at the time of IFFT/FFT design and to provide a high-speed, low-power operation.
