The PGA divides the dB-gain curve into several parts by the concept of piece-wise linearity, and then simultaneously executes the dB-linear gain adjustment of MSB and the LSB at the same gain stage. Present invention achieves the PGA dB-linearity by setting up every capacitance of the sampling capacitor array and the holding capacitor array, then arranging the sampling capacitor array and the holding capacitor array by coordinating the switching of the capacitor switches.

    摘要: A driving apparatus and a driving method for a single phase motor utilizes a driving transistor unit, and an auxiliary driving transistor unit to provide two driving currents with the same direction as the single phase coil. Next, a control unit is used to control the conducting and shutting down of the driving transistor unit and the auxiliary driving transistor unit according to the location of the rotating device of the single phase motor. Thereby, the driving current on the single phase coil recirculates to reduce the vibration and noise of the single phase motor, and prevent the problem of the single phase motor not turning on.

    摘要: The present invention discloses an improved casing assembly for burglar alarm, and the casing comprises an upper casing, a chassis and a front panel; wherein a circuit board and a speaker are included in the upper casing and the chassis and the front panel is covered on the exterior of the upper casing and locked with the chassis by a lock as a whole. The assembly of the forgoing components is connected by the corresponding coupling components on the assembly and thus does not require additional coupling device, which makes the assembly much simpler and quicker and has the advantages of lowering the manufacturing and labor costs. In the meantime, the printed circuit according to the present invention is coupled to a vibration switch or magnetic spring switch as a sensor triggering source for acting as a trigger of the burglar alarm for motor vehicles, portable objects, displayed items, doors and windows, security or display windows. All these burglar alarms can share the same casing and thus can save the cost for manufacturing the molds. The casing can go with a rope having a metal head for passing through, suspending at or fixing onto a wall to give an excellent antitheft protection effect.

    摘要: A method of polishing a metal layer comprising the following steps. A structure having an upper patterned dielectric layer with an opening therein is provided. A barrier layer is formed over the patterned upper dielectric layer and lining the opening. A metal layer is formed over the barrier layer, filling the opening. A first polish step employing a first slurry composition is conducted to remove a portion of the overlying metal layer. A second polish step employing the first slurry composition is conducted to: polish the partially removed overlying metal layer; and to expose portions of the barrier layer overlying the patterned upper dielectric layer. A third polish step employing a second slurry composition is conducted to remove the exposed barrier layer portions and exposing underlying portions of the patterned upper dielectric layer. A fourth polish step employing the second slurry composition and BTA is conducted to buff the exposed upper dielectric layer portions.
