摘要： An interface display adjustment method applied to a touch display module is disclosed. The interface display adjustment method includes the following steps: displaying a first interface and a second interface at the touch display module, in which the second interface includes a plurality of selecting units; receiving a touch event at the touch display module and adjusting the first interface to partially display the selecting units of the second interface. A touch display apparatus using the interface display adjustment method is disclosed as well.

摘要： Battery management systems and methods are provided. The system includes an electronic device and a fuel cell module. The electronic device includes a processing module, a first power adapter, a first communication interface, and a rechargeable battery. The fuel cell module includes a second power adapter connected with the first power adapter, a second communication interface connected with the first communication interface, at least one fuel cell, and a control unit. The control unit receives a first status of the rechargeable battery from the electronic device via the processing module, the first communication interface and the second communication interface, and determines whether to charge the rechargeable battery using the fuel cell via the second power adapter and the first power adapter according to the first status.

摘要： A partial vertical memory cell and fabrication method thereof. A semiconductor substrate is provided, in which two deep trenches having deep trench capacitors respectively are formed, and the deep trench capacitors are lower than a top surface of the semiconductor substrate. A portion of the semiconductor outside the deep trenches is removed to form a pillar between. The pillar is ion implanted to form an ion-doped area in the pillar corner acting as a S/D area. A gate dielectric layer and a conducting layer are conformally formed on the pillar sequentially. An isolation is formed in the semiconductor substrate beside the conducting layer. The conducting layer is defined to form a first gate and a second gate.
