摘要: This application provides a random access method and a communications apparatus. The method includes: determining at least one random access preamble from at least one 2-step random access preamble, or determining one type of random access preamble from at least one 2-step random access preamble and at least one 4-step random access preamble, and performing random access by using the determined random access preamble. According to the application, the terminal device can determine a type of random access to be performed, thereby reducing an access latency.

One example uplink power control method includes receiving, by a terminal device, uplink power control information, wherein the uplink power control information comprises power adjustment information, and the power adjustment information is used to compensate for a power deviation caused by a transmission delay of a satellite communication link. The terminal device can then determine uplink transmit power based on the uplink power control information. An uplink signal can then be sent based on the uplink transmit power.

Embodiments of this application provide a security protection method, an apparatus, and a system, to resolve a problem of low efficiency in handing over a terminal between serving base stations. The method in this application includes: receiving, by a target access network device, a correspondence between user plane information and a security policy from a source access network device; and determining, by the target access network device based on the correspondence between user plane information and a security policy, a first user plane protection algorithm corresponding to the user plane information, where the first user plane protection algorithm includes one or both of a user plane encryption algorithm and a user plane integrity protection algorithm. This application is applicable to a procedure in which the terminal is handed over between serving base stations.

摘要: This application provides a foldable screen device. The foldable screen device in this application includes two frames that are jointly articulated with a rotating shaft assembly. The two frames may rotate around rotating shafts of the rotating shaft assembly to be closed or opened. The rotating shaft assembly includes a connection structure and hinges. The connection structure has a channel that passes through two opposite sides of the rotating shaft assembly, and an electrical connection line of the foldable screen device penetrates into the channel. Two ends of the electrical connection line are respectively connected to the two frames, and the hinges and the channel are located at different positions of the rotating shaft assembly in an axial direction. In this way, bending deformation generated by the electrical connection line when the foldable screen device is folded is relatively small, and connection reliability is high.

摘要: This application discloses a packet transmission method, a proxy node, and a storage medium, and pertains to the field of communications technologies. According to the method, a new SID with a bypass function is extended for an End.AD SID. Therefore, when receiving a packet that carries the End.AD SID, a local proxy node uses this new SID to transmit an SRH of the packet to a peer proxy node in a bypass manner, so that the peer proxy node can also obtain the SRH of the packet, and therefore the SRH of the packet can be stored in the peer proxy node. In this way, synchronization of the SRH of the packet can be implemented between the two proxy nodes that are dual-homed to a same SF node, so that the SRH of the packet is redundantly backed up.
