The wheelchair including a frame, a seat situated within the frame, two drive wheels mounted to the frame at wheel axles and at least one steerable wheel. Each axle connected to a fitting removably coupled to the frame, with the fitting mounted to at least one support plate whose thickness varies around the circumference to position the fitting and axle at an angle. The support plate rotatable to change the angle of the fitting and axle and thereby correct wheel track error. The support plate mountable to a bracket pivotally mounted to the frame, such that pivoting movement of the bracket results in rotation of the support plates.

The curve track is formed in a clear housing that mounts to the underside of a wheelchair camber tube or wheel axle. The camber tube or wheel axle is rotated until the ball aligns with an indicator mark indicating that toe-in/out has been eliminated from the cambered wheels.

摘要： A foldable wheelchair comprises a substantially horizontally extending upper side frame member. An upper end of an axle plate is secured to the upper side frame member. An axle housing is secured to the axle plate. A cross brace is pivotally secured directly to the axle plate at the lower end of the axle plate. A wheel mount assembly comprises an axle sleeve mount having an internal thread. An axle sleeve has an external thread that is in threaded engagement with the internal thread of the axle sleeve mount. The axle sleeve has an internal bore that accepts a wheel axle. The internal bore is angled with respect to the axis of the external threads to provide camber to a wheel. The axle sleeve is adapted to provide lateral adjustment to the wheel by rotating the axle sleeve within the axle sleeve mount any number of complete revolutions. Moreover, the axle sleeve is adapted to provide toe in and toe out adjustment to a cambered wheel by rotating the axle sleeve within the axle sleeve mount a fraction of a complete revolution.

摘要： A sport wheelchair includes a T-frame that interconnects enlarged rear wheels and a single small diameter caster front wheel. A footrest is adjustably secured to the T-frame and may be adjusted height wise and front to rear as desired by the user. Additionally, handles extend outwardly from opposite sides of the front edge of the seat in selected embodiments of the invention. In some embodiments, a central support member extends upwardly from the seat so that the handles also function for lateral restraint of the user's legs. In still other arrangements, a pair of side supports extend outwardly and downwardly in place of the handles and provide the lateral support as needed.

Mounted on each side frame assembly is an interchangeable axle receiving platform for orienting drive wheels at a desired camber angle. By moving an opposite end of the seat member along a curved portion of a bottom member of each side frame assembly, the seat angle is changed. A one piece caster assembly is disposed forward of the drivewheels on the chassis.
