A bracket is provided that is configured to ride within the track and the latch member is rotatably connected to the bracket along an axis perpendicular to the cap magazine axis against the biasing force of a spring.

摘要： The pneumatic tool has a check valve placed inside that includes an internal and external valve base and traveling valve. The internal valve base has an inlet hole, and an enlarged slot is formed on the external end of the inlet hole. An annular oblique edge is formed between the enlarged slot and inlet hole, and an air hole is placed on the enlarged slot. The external valve base has an outlet hole that is connected to the outside of the pneumatic tool. A protruding tube is formed inside the outlet hole. Interval space is formed between the inside of the protruding tube and the inlet hole for the internal valve base; and the traveling valve can be traveling inside the interval space. The built-in check valve can avoid external force, which extends the shelf life and makes appearance of the product look neater and practical.

摘要： A nailer includes a nailer body and a spacer actuator design. The spacer actuator design has a container tube and a flexible propelling unit. A liftable cover is screwed into the top of a container tube. In the case of a closing state of the cover, the hollow trough cover can be connected to the open-top hollow tube of the container tube. A L-shape guide trough is mounted at one side wall of the hollow trough and a wedge groove is placed at the end of L-shape guide trough, where a vertical guide trough is provided at one side wall of the container tube's hollow tube. In the case of a closing state of the cover, the top end of the vertical guide trough will be connected to L-shape guide trough. A propelling unit includes a propelling block, a spring and a control board, of which the spring is mounted between the control board and inner wall of hollow trough to push down the propelling block flexibly. The outer face of the control board is provided with a toggle switch that protrudes from L-shape guide trough.

摘要： A fastening system for driving fasteners through fastener caps. The fastening system includes a nail gun, an actuator system and a fastener cap dispenser, all mounted on a rolling chassis. The actuator system includes a wheel and an actuator in communication with the nail gun. As the wheel rotates, it intermittently engages the actuator which in turn fires a nail along a path. Drive air from the nail gun is vented to the fastener cap dispenser, which dispenses a fastener cap. In a preferred embodiment, the dispenser includes a picker including two pairs of movable teeth that engage two sides of two adjacent fastener caps to feed the fastener caps at high speeds. In a more preferred embodiment, the fastening system includes a fastener cap regulator that provides a constant feed of fastener caps to the dispenser, thereby preventing jamming of the same.
