    摘要: A chain winch 10 having a sprocket wheel 14 of polygonal cross-section with flat faces 32 dimensioned in dependence on the dimensions of a link chain to be used therewith and having pin formations 36 for engaging between or in chain links. The winch includes a self latching pawl 48 engageable with the chain links and a braking mechanism 16 for controlled unwinding when required in use. The winch is simple and inexpensive and the sprocket tolerant of chain dimensions so that it can be used with uncalibrated chain. This winch, amongst other things, has application for permanent fitting to a tire chain for tensioning it on to a tire.

Load cells for detecting the recovery forces of brake springs are arranged between brake springs, which energize brake arms with brake shooes installed on them toward the side of brake wheel, and spring sheets, which hold brake springs in a compressive deformed state, and, at the same time, judgment part judges whether the brake force of electromagnetic brake 4 is outside a prescribed normal range based on the outputs of load cells. If the brake force of electromagnetic brake is outside the normal range, judgment part sends a signal, for example to a monitoring center.

An opening portion that communicates with an external portion of the buffering member holding portion is disposed on a portion of a side surface of the accommodating recess portion. The buffering member is removable from and insertable into the accommodating recess portion through the opening portion from a direction that is perpendicular to a direction of displacement of the movable portion.

    摘要: The present invention is implemented by a gantry binary synchronization block-type brake, which comprises: a gantry bracket comprised by a fixedly connected door-shaped frame; braking arms arranged on both sides of the gantry bracket with lower ends of the braking arms hinged to the gantry bracket; braking shoes connected to the braking arms for frictionally braking a braking wheel; a dual brake releaser secured to the gantry bracket for pushing the two braking arms outward synchronously; braking springs provided on the gantry bracket for pushing the braking arms so as to perform normal-mode braking; and a gap adjustment mechanism for adjusting a working gap between the braking shoes and the braking wheel. According to the present invention, the security risks in an elevator tractor or crane can be eliminated, the gap adjustment approach is simple, and reliability and versatility of an operation are considerably enhanced.

The winch drum braking system has a first brake having a first brake lining, located adjacent to the winch drum, and a first three-ring ratchet linkage system connected to the first brake lining. The first three-ring ratchet linkage system is rotatable and adapted to move the first brake lining to a first position or a second position with respect to the outer surface of the winch drum. In the first position, the first brake lining contacts the outer surface of the winch drum to apply break force thereon, and, in the second position, the first brake lining is separated from the winch drum.
