    摘要: The present invention discloses a rope winder, which is used for salvaging or hoisting a petroleum instrument via a rope; the rope winder comprises: a rack, and a winding drum set on the rack for releasing and retracting a rope; a first turning wheel, which is set on the rack and is located on a rope releasing and retracting line of the winding drum, wherein the wheel rim of the first turning wheel has a first groove, which fits the rope to rotate synchronously as driven by the rope; an electronic counter, which is connected with the first turning wheel, for obtaining the number of revolutions of the first turning wheel; a calculating unit, for calculating the release distance and release speed of the rope according to the number of revolutions of the first turning wheel; a speed regulating unit, for regulating the rotating speed of the winding drum to regulate the release speed; and a first control unit, for controlling the speed regulating unit to regulate the release speed to a preset safe speed when the release distance is greater than or equal to a set safe distance. The invention further discloses a petroleum instrument salvaging system and a petroleum instrument hoisting system. By employing the above solutions, the current problem of impact and damage caused by too fast rope release during the salvaging or hoisting of a petroleum instrument can be solved.

At least one cylindrical roller is mounted on one of the brake frame and lever, to be positioned between the brake frame and the lever, and the other of the brake frame and lever comprises a recess for receiving said cylindrical roller, and in that rotation of the lever is configured to cause said cylindrical roller to roll outwards from the recess along an edge portion of the recess forcing the lever to move axially away from the frame, thereby causing the braking member to move towards released position.

The adjusting collar is disposed between the hoisting machine main body and the electromagnetic actuator. The electromagnetic actuator is mounted to the hoisting machine main body by a mounting device in a state in which the hoisting machine main body bears the adjusting collar. A position of the braking apparatus main body relative to the hoisting machine main body is adjusted in a direction in which a distance between the electromagnetic actuator and the rotating body changes by adjusting an amount of thread engagement of the adjusting collar in the adjusting threaded aperture.

    摘要: An elevator drive with a brake device has compression springs that act on brake levers, whereby brake linings generate a brake force on a brake drum. The more the brake linings wear due to abrasion, the smaller the distance of the plunger from the brake magnet housing becomes. Should the plunger come into contact with the brake magnet housing, the braking capacity of the brake linings is completely eliminated creating an operating condition that is dangerous for elevator users. A switch is provided that detects a minimum distance. The switch can be arranged on the plunger of the brake magnet and detect the minimum distance to the brake magnet housing or, in the case of a retrofit, the switch can be arranged on the brake magnet rod and, for example, detect the distance of the second joint from the brake magnet housing, and at the minimum distance the switch switches.
