    摘要: At least one first column having a lower portion attached top a first floor and an upper portion attached to a second floor. The upper portion has a bore with an inner dimension. At least one second column having a lower portion and an upper portion attached to a third floor or building top structure. The lower portion has an outer dimension that is substantially the same or slightly less than the first column upper portion inner dimension so that the second column lower portion may be slidingly received in the bore of the first column upper portion in an overlapping, telescopic arrangement. At least one first retainer is attached to the first or second column, the retainer capable of engaging and supporting the second column thereon.The method of construction provides for lifting without the aid of mechanical lifting devices the lightweight columns, lowering each column into the immediately below column to form an overlapping, telescopic portion which braces against bending of the columns, and retaining the columns in place with retainers that do not need to be field bolted or welded thereon.

    摘要: A steel structure for prefabricated buildings which comprises a multiplicity of column-girder members formed by firmly combining steel columns, steel girders, and corridor board supporting girders and arranged in transversely juxtaposed and vertically connected relationship on a foundation, steel crossbeams connecting said column-girder members so as to define a multiplicity of framed space sections, and corridor boards securely installed at the front and rear of the column-girder members. The framed space sections can be used for residential, public, traffic and other applications. Prefabricated building units for living and other purposes can be adequately inserted into the framed space sections and removed therefrom for disassembly, movement, etc.

    摘要: Structural components are provided which are particularly suitable for assembling cylindrical structures such as chimneys. The components include an elongated beam having a generally Hshaped transverse cross section and a relatively short joint which also has a generally H-shaped transverse cross section. The beam includes longitudinally extending generally parallel flanges which are joined by a web portion, and each end of each flange is provided with longitudinal slots adjacent each side. The web may also be provided with a longitudinally extending slot at each end. The joint also includes spaced apart generally parallel flanges joined by a web portion. The structure is assembled by arranging a row of beams side by side and inserting the joints so that flanges thereof extend generally perpendicularly to the flanges of the beams and are received in the slots thereof. The joints may be secured to the beams, and thereafter another row of beams can be arranged end to end with the first row and joined thereto by the joints.

    摘要: A modular stair system comprises a plurality of modular stair units. Each of the plurality of modular stair units are associated with a single story of a construction. An upper, rectangular landing comprises a pair of long members connected at each end to a pair of short members. A mid-level, rectangular landing comprises a first pair of members and a second pair of members interconnected at their ends. A first and second plurality of corner brackets interconnects an end of the members with an end of the members of the upper and mid-level landings. The first and second plurality of corner brackets have the variable size depending on the number of the plurality of modular stair units to be stacked in the stairwell. A plurality of corner support columns support the upper, rectangular landing at a top portion thereof and the mid-level, rectangular landing at a mid-portion thereof and removably connected to the upper, rectangular landing and the mid-level, rectangular landing. The plurality of corner support columns have a second variable size depending on the number of the plurality of modular stair units to be stacked in the stairwell. A first stair runner removably connects to the mid-level landing and connects a bottom level to the mid-level landing. A second stair runner removably connects to the mid-level, rectangular landing and the upper, rectangular landing to connect the mid-level, rectangular landing to the upper, rectangular landing. Each of the plurality of modular stair units are organized such that a bottom modular stair unit is placed on a foundation and each successive modular stair unit of the plurality of modular stair units are stacked on top of and connected to a lower modular stair unit.

    摘要: The present application provides a prefabricated structural system and an assembly method thereof. The prefabricated structural system may be applied to steel structures, reinforced concrete structures and timber structures. When applied to the steel structures, the prefabricated structural system includes a plurality of steel structure joints and related members. The steel structure joints and related members further comprise: a beam-column connecting sleeve, comprising a first box-shaped steel tube and first C-shaped sleeves extending from and perpendicular to outer surfaces of the first box-shaped steel tube, wherein the first C-shaped sleeve is provided with first wedge shaped recesses at ends of upper and lower flanges thereof; columns, having a column connecting end inserted into the first box-shaped steel tube; main beams, having a main beam connecting end inserted into the first C-shaped sleeve; and main beam fixing steel plates, provided with first wedge shaped protrusions that are tenon-mortise-jointed with first wedge shaped recesses at both sides of the first C-shaped sleeve. In addition to the steel structural construction, the beam-column connecting sleeve of the prefabricated structural system may be further extended to reinforced concrete structures and timber structures.
