    摘要: A radial vane type machine intended for production of compressed gaseous and vaporous fluids with industrial scale measures of compression amplification and throughput. Fluid compression is accomplished by mechanical volume manipulation but without the use of reciprocating pistons and/or intermittently operating mechanical valves. The machine incorporates features for thermal control necessary for high performance single stage pressure amplification, and features for minimization of mechanical friction necessary to ensure functional viability. The physical and input power characteristics of the machine are compatible with the physical and output power characteristics of modem, commercially available internal combustion and electrical power sources. Compared with reciprocating piston type fluid compressors the machine potentially offers substantial measures of excellence in terms of vibration-free operation, functional efficiency, reliability, and power density relative to both space and weight criteria.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a rotary vane actuator device with sealing assembly. The device includes a housing and a sealing assembly. The housing has a center opening defining a chamber. The housing includes opposing end plates for surrounding a stator. The stator having an aligned center opening and a rotor within the chamber. Within the chamber there are two openings, one serving as an inlet, the other serving as an outlet for rotational fluid. The rotor includes a vane assembly fixedly connected thereto. When the fluid enters the chamber, the fluid contacts the vane and moves the rotationally in the same direction. Each of the stator and the vane include seal packs. The end plates include sealing members which contact the stator and vane seal packs whether in the static or dynamic condition of the rotor. The combination of the seal packs and the end plate seal form the sealing assembly.

    摘要: A direct-drive rotary engine having a rotor housing, the rotor housing having an interior wall structure which defines an open interior of the engine compartment, including an air intake region, a compression region, a combustion region, an expansion region and an exhaust region therein, in which is rotatably disposed a cylindrical rotor assembly coaxially fixed to an engine shaft. The rotor receives a plurality of slidable and retractable sliding walls in a radial arrangement, respectively at positions substantially equal spaced on circumference of said rotor. The sliding walls include a pair of compression rods which are pressures biased to the surrounding inner wall structure of the rotor housing during the rotation of the rotor. The reciprocating movements of the sliding walls define the working chambers of the engine as the rotor rotates, dividing the rotor housing into plurality of sweeping airtight chambers, so that the Otto cycle are carried out once for each sliding wall during a complete revolution of the rotor.

    摘要: A vane cell vacuum pump (10) has a rotor (13), in which a plastic vane, which with at least terminal part (22, 23) engages the inner wall (16) of the jacket of a pump housing (11), is guided longitudinally. The body (21) of the vane (15) comprises a duroplastic and is united with the terminal part (22, 23), of thermoplastic, by an injection-molding operation. With the material comprising the body (21), high mechanical strength is attained, while with the material of the terminal part (22, 23), high wear resistance and a low coefficient of friction are attained. The vane cell vacuum pump can be used in a motor vehicle in conjunction with a negative-pressure brake booster.

A plurality of telescopic sealing blades which can elongate and shorten with respect to the rotor are attached, respectively at positions substantially equally spaced on the circumference of said rotor so that the sealing blades elastically contact to the inner wall of the rotor housing, the sealing blades sliding along the inner wall of the rotor housing during the rotation of the rotor and separating the engine room in an airtight manner so that the suction of fuel gas, its succeeding compression and the exhaust of burnt gas are carried out. The engine has a compression chamber and an expansion chamber, defined by two adjacent sealing blades, respectively. In an overexpansion rotary engine, a volume of the expansion chamber is greater than a volume of the compression chamber.
