    摘要: In a vane compressor, a transmission pin is accommodated in a communication hole that provides communication between a first vane slot and a second vane slot. The transmission pin includes a loose-fit portion that is loosely inserted in a recessed portion formed in a bottom surface of each of first and second vanes, a shaft portion, and a flange portion formed between the loose-fit portion and the shaft portion and in contact with the bottom surface. A coil spring is disposed in the communication hole to urge the first vane and the second vane in opposite directions away from each other via the flange portion. The coil spring is disposed around the shaft portion and supported by the flange portion so as to urge and support the transmission pin.

    摘要: A rotor assembly is mounted in each of an intake-compression chamber and an exhaust-power chamber of a rotary internal combustion engine. The rotor assembly includes a split rotor main body and at least three split blades, which all include a left and a right half. Each blade is turnably assembled to the rotor main body via a pivot shaft. The left and right half bodies are correspondingly provided on their joining faces with at least one recess each, and an elastic element is received in between two facing recesses to normally generate an outward push against the two half bodies while a sufficient looseness is always maintained between the rotor assembly and the cylinder wall to allow smooth rotation of the rotor assembly. Front tips and curved backs of the blades have rollers mounted thereto, so that the blades are in rotary contact with the cylinder wall with reduced friction.

    摘要: An apparatus for compressing or pumping fluid includes a housing having an interior chamber. The housing includes an end wall having a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet. A rotating cam is rotatably mounted within the interior chamber and includes a cam body having an end with a sloped annular channel formed therein. The apparatus also includes am end vane slidably mounted within a slot in the end wall so as to extend into the sloped annular channel for sliding therein as the rotating cam rotates. The end vane divides the sloped annular channel into an inlet chamber and an outlet chamber such that, as the rotating cam rotates, the inlet chamber expands and communicates with the fluid inlet for receiving the fluid, and the outlet chamber contracts and communicates with the fluid outlet for expelling the fluid.
