摘要: A solar energy collecting module includes a frame that is assembled without using screws. The peripheral frame components are joined together using locking links and one or more ribs extend along the back side of the solar panel and are coupled to opposed sides of the frame. The ribs are coupled to the frames by an edge key fastener that includes opposed first flanges and opposed second flanges, the first flanges separated from the second flanges by a gap. The edge key fastener is inserted into an opening formed in a side wall of a frame component and rotated such that the opposed first flanges are disposed behind the side wall and within the frame and the opposed second flanges are received in a corresponding cavity formed in each of opposed ends of the rib.

摘要: A solar battery module comprises a solar battery panel that includes a transparent substrate and is constituted by laying out solar battery cells, a reinforcement frame placed on a back surface of the solar battery panel, and a buffer material arranged between the solar battery panel and the reinforcement frame. A second main surface of the buffer material opposing to the reinforcement frame is a flat surface and a notch is provided at a central part of a side of each of ends in a longitudinal direction of the reinforcement frame on a first main surface side, which opposes to the solar battery panel.

摘要: A solar cell module includes a solar cell panel with first and second surfaces includes first and second side portions at different side surfaces, a first holding member which holds the first side portion, a second holding member which holds the second side portion and an elongated reinforcement member disposed on a second surface side. At least one of the first and second holding member includes a first extension portion which protrudes in a direction from the first surface to the second surface, and a second extension portion bent in an inner direction along the second surface and provided with a notch portion. A first end portion of one end of the reinforcement member is inserted into the notch portion, and a second end portion of the one end located closer to the solar cell panel than the first end portion is fixed to the first extension portion.

摘要: In a solar heat collector, a bottom plate and a side plate of a case which is opened in an upper surface are formed of a vacuum thermal insulation material in which a core material is enveloped by a skin and a vacuum is created in an interior of the skin, the skin is formed by welding together circumferential edges of two metal panels which are disposed to face each other with the core material sandwiched therebetween, a plurality of line grooves are formed in the metal panels, and the two metal panels are disposed so that sides thereof from which bottoms of the line grooves protrude are oriented inwards with the core material sandwiched therebetween.

摘要: A vacuum solar thermal panel includes a vacuum envelope defining a sealed volume able to withstand atmospheric pressure when evacuated. The envelope includes a first plate made of glass, a second plate facing the first plate, a perimeter frame disposed between the first and second plate close to their edge, a metallic perimeter belt joining the perimeter frame to the first plate, a plurality of spaced apart bearing elements disposed against the edges of the first and second plate, and a plurality of traction rods joining the bearing elements with the perimeter frame to pull the perimeter frame toward the bearing elements, in order to limit the deformation of the perimeter frame under the external atmospheric pressure, when the envelope is evacuated.

摘要: A mirror module including one or more rib elements made of the same materials as a rear plate and/or front plate. The rib elements are placed between the rear glass plate and the front glass plate to afford rigidity to the mirror module. Since the rib elements are made of the same materials as the rear plate and/or front plate, the rib elements have the same or similar coefficients of thermal expansion as the rear plate or the front plate. Consequently, when the mirror module is subject to temperature fluctuation, the rib elements exert less stress on the glass plates compared to structure elements made of the materials different from the rear or front glass plate. The rib elements may also be integrated with the rear plate to simplify the process for manufacturing the mirror module.
