摘要: A camera portion and a processor portion are combined so that the film exposed in the camera portion is processed in the processor portion. The camera portion is provided with a roll film take-up magazine and a cutter for cutting a roll film into sheet film. When roll processing is desired, the exposed roll film is taken up in the roll film take-up magazine and the magazine is put into the processing portion. When sheet processing is desired, the exposed roll film is cut into sheet film in the camera portion and fed into the processor portion. The processor portion is provided with a first film passage for guiding the sheet film into the processor and a second film passage for guiding the roll film into the processor. The processor portion has a roll film magazine holding device for holding the roll film take-up magazine so that the roll film taken out thereof is guided into the processor through the second film passage.

摘要: A dry-process method and apparatus for producing archival microform records from light reflecting hard copy utilize a dry-process mask film strip which is photosensitive to and microimaged by light reflected and reduced or condensed from the hard copy and developed by heat to provide microimaged transparencies therein as the mask film strip is moved to an imaging and developing station. It also utilizes a dry-process microform film which has archival properties and which is sensitive to and microimaged and developed by short pulses of electromagnetic energy above a threshold value applied thereto through the microimaged transparencies of the superimposed mask film strip when it is moved to an image transferring station to provide in the microform film imaged microform records which conform to the transparent microimages in the dry-process mask film strip and, hence, the hard copy and which have achival properties. The microform film is preferably in the form of a microfiche.

摘要: A film cassette holding a required number of monosheets may protect monosheets contained therein from impact and exposure to light, and has a built-in means for urging monosheets into a camera. Upon insertion of the cassette into a camera, the cassette is automatically opened, and monosheets are automatically loaded, in light proof conditions, from the film cassette into the camera, which is provided with a means for advancing successive monosheets to an exposure position, and the cassette is then withdrawn, the camera being automatically sealed upon withdrawal of the cassette.

摘要: A combination camera and developer tank formed by a pair of separate light tight sections allows film sheets to be exposed and developed therein without the addition of further apparatus. A film sheet is held in the camera by flexing it against a concave surface in the rear section of the camera. The front section of the camera contains an aperture and rotatable shutter which aligns a pin-hole defined therein with the aperture to expose the film. Processing solutions are introduced into the camera through a light tight liquid passage which directs the solutions to the film surface. The camera is formed with a convex rear exterior to provide a rocking surface for distributing the solutions across the surface of the film sheet.

摘要: A desired TV image displayed on a cathode-ray tube is transferred onto a recording paper which is placed in close contact with the faceplate of the tube, and the transferred image is then developed by a developing device. While the preceding exposed recording paper is being developed, the succeeding exposed recording paper is stored so that the problem that the developing time is slower than the exposure or image transfer time is overcome. Therefore, desired TV images may be recorded in a very small time interval.

摘要: AN INFORMATION TRANSFER SYSTEM TO RECEIVE RADIO SIGNALS AND CONVERT THEM TO LIGHT WAVES WHICH IMPINGE A PHOTOGRAPHIC FILM. A PROCESSING FILM IS BROUGHT INTO LAMINATING CONTACT WITH THE EXPOSED FILM TO DEVELOP IT AND DURING THE LAMINATING CONTACT THE FILMS ARE HEATED AFTER WHICH THEY ARE DELAMINATED AND WOUND ON SEPARATE ROLLS. THE PROCESSING FILM IN THE FORM OF A POSITIVE PRINT IS VIEWED AND STORED. THE PHOTOGRAPHIC FILM, WHICH IS THE NEGATIVE, IS ALSO STORED FOR FUTURE USE. THE PROCESS IS CONTINUOUS AND THE SYSTEM PROVIDES A PERMANENT RECORD WITHIN MINUTES OF THE RECEIPT OF THE INFORMATION.

摘要: A toy camera permitting ''''amateur'''' or youthful photographers to take and develop photographs of substantial quality without complex attendant mechanism. The camera includes a self-contained detachable developing tank which communicates with and accepts exposed elements from the camera''s film roll feed structure. Following each exposure, a film advance mechanism causes the exposed film segment to be advanced a predetermined length into the developing tank and at the same time places a fresh segment of unexposed film in the exposure position. A severing mechanism is then operated to cut the exposed segment from the continuous film roll, after which the severing member acts to block light from entering into the camera body during development.

摘要: An apparatus for the rapid production of graphic information on a radiation-sensitive heat-developable strip material by exposing to radiant energy a smoothly continuously advancing strip, developing the strip material by a small efficient heating unit contiguous with the apparatus, and moving the developed material past an image-viewing station. The heating unit consists of a chamber member with a fine porous wall over which the strip material is moved and a resistance heater. Air is moved through the chamber and through the wall against the strip material at a rate to aerodynamically support the strip material from the wall and to afford convective heating of the strip material to a developing temperature. The strip material is maintained at the developing temperature for a time sufficient to develop the strip material.
