摘要： The capsule includes a lower cap with a security strip which inserts removably on a mouth of a bottle. The upper part of the lower cap is open and provided with a neck which couples with an upper cap, also having a security strip. A reservoir is provided within the upper cap and has a breakable bottom; the reservoir also internally includes a cutter. The upper cap can move axially downwards with respect to the neck and the bottle, while it is prevented from moving upwards. The capsule also includes an anchoring between the reservoir and the neck of the capsule when the reservoir is inserted in the neck. The process includes filling the bottle with fizzy water, hermetically closing the bottle with a capsule containing substances to be added to the fizzy water, and introducing the substances into the fizzy water before consuming the drink.

The contained further including a cut and opened piece fall prevention mechanism produced when the sealing layer is cut and opened by the rotary opening blade of the spout plug and capable of preventing a part of the cut and opened piece of the sealing layer from being cut off and giving hinge function to the uncut part of the cut and opened piece in the spout hole part for cutting and opening.

摘要： A pouring package for a fluid comprises a container (10) substantially impermeable to the fluid and having a pouring opening (11). The pouring opening is hermetically sealed by means of a breakable seal (30) in at least unopened state of the container. The container is provided with a pouring member (20) at the position of the pouring opening. Situated between a wall of the pouring member and the seal is a breaking member (21) which is awe and adapted to act on and break the seal when an external pressure is exerted on the wall.

摘要： A re-closable pouring element for liquid foods packaged in cardboard/plastic composite packages, comprising a base encircled by a flange and having both an inner thread and an outer thread, an opening element having at least one cutting edge as well as perforations and a screw cap formed as a threaded lid. The opening element has an outer thread and is arranged inside the base. The opening element is formed so that when the screw cap is operated for the first time it cuts an opening in the package material located under the pouring element. At least one window opening is provided as an aperture, each window opening is arranged so that it points to one side after opening for the first time and after re-closing and repeated opening for emptying residues of the composite package points to the opposite side.

摘要： A package opening and closing device for a brick-type package is fastened thereon near an opening region defining a pouring region for the product contained in the package. The opening region is provided with prescoring to allow the package to be opened during the first use. The device includes a peripheral ring fastened to the package near the perimeter of the opening region, a lid to seal off the opening region reversibly and being fixed to the peripheral ring, and a lever hinged by a hinge pin in the horizontal plane containing the device to rupture the pouring region along the prescoring. The lever has a first part intended first of all, by the lever effect, to break some of the prescoring to allow effective opening of the package, and then to be held in place inside the package thus opened and a second part, constituting the lever arm acting on the first part, intended, after having acted cooperatively with the first part, to be folded back into its initial position to be parallel and in the plane containing the peripheral ring.

The above packaging material may also comprise an inner surface layer having a barrier property and a base material layer wherein the inner surface layer having a barrier property comprises the above semi-aromatic polyamide resin. Such a composite container having a barrier property has both of a good barrier property and a sufficient strength, and is capable of being produced at a low cost without complicating the production process to be used therefor.
