摘要： A linear and rotary actuated liquid dispensing pump is provided which offers precise high speed dispensing of liquids and easy volume adjustability. The dispensing pump includes an inlet for receiving a supply of liquid, an outlet for dispensing a metered amount of liquid, and a cavity in communication with the inlet and outlet. The pump has a plunger disposed within a cavity for controlling the amount of liquid within the cavity. The pump also has a rotary actuator for rotating the plunger, and a linear actuator for actuating the plunger linearly within the cavity to control the fill and dispensing of liquid. A controller controls the linear and rotary actuators and allows operation input to adjust variables.

摘要： A fluid dispensing system includes a pump for pumping fluid from a container. The pump has a vent opening for venting air into the fluid in the container to normalize pressure inside the container as the fluid is pumped. An intake shroud is coupled to the pump, and the shroud includes a channel opening to draw fluid from the container into the pump in a straw-like manner. A baffle is positioned between the vent opening and the channel opening of the shroud to reduce ingestion of the air into the pump so as to reduce short or inconsistent dosing of the fluid when pumped.

摘要： A dispenser for dispensing metered amounts of a viscous liquid includes a liquid reservoir and a pump chamber having an opening in communication with the reservoir. A pump mechanism including a pump cylinder with a dispensing channel therethrough is configured with the pump chamber and is movable from a rest to a pressurizing position upon actuation thereof to pressurize liquid within the pump chamber. A dispensing orifice is defined at one end of the dispensing cylinder. A check valve mechanism is disposed in the opening. During shipment or storage, the pump cylinder is locked in pressurized position. When locked in pressurized position, the dispensing channel engages the check valve to seal the opening and also prevent flow from the pump chamber to the dispensing channel.

The depressing part has an outer cap, an inner cap, a straw and an outlet member. The inner cap is received in the outer cap, and has a holding room holding an upper end of the straw. The outlet member is screwed into one side of the inner cap. The straw is passed through the cover with the outer cap mounted on a cylindrical supporting part at a portion of the cover. The inner cap has a lower end rim confined within the supporting part such that when the outer cap is depressed to eject contents, the straw is limited in its displacement, for instance, so as to bent and damaged.

摘要： The present invention is a system for dispensing a precise quantity of liquid. The liquid dispensing system is composed of a rigid first tube and a nozzle secured to the first tube. The first tube terminates at a mating surface and is aligned and immobilized by a support stand. The nozzle has a channel extending therethrough, a barb, a first extension extending from the barb to terminate at a mating surface, and a second extension extending from the barb to terminate at a tip. The mating surface of the nozzle makes a conforming fit with the mating surface of the first tube when in an engagement position thereof, whereby the nozzle and the first tube are stationary and aligned relative to each other. A flexible second tube, which is in communication with a liquid source, is connected to the barb of the nozzle. The flexible second tube delivers liquid to the nozzle which travels through the channel in the nozzle and is dispensed from the liquid dispensing system to a substrate located at a constant distance from the tip of the nozzle.
