Abstract:
[Object] To provide a trigger sprayer including a valve through which liquid flows with very high efficiency.[Solution] The present invention is directed to a trigger sprayer for, in a state of being attached to a container, causing liquid inside the container to be sprayed from a nozzle part 3 through a passage by rotating a trigger part to move a piston part 5 to apply pressure to liquid inside a cylinder portion 42A of a cylinder structure 4, including: an F valve 2 provided in a passage between the cylinder portion 42A and the container; and an S valve 1 provided in a passage section between the cylinder portion 42A and the nozzle part 3, wherein the S valve 1 includes a first valve body 11 and a first valve seat 12, the first valve body 11 is oppressed against the first valve seat 12, and when the first valve body 11 moves away from the first valve seat 12 so that the S valve 1 opens, the first valve body 11 moves in the same direction as the direction that the liquid flows.
Abstract:
Provided is a trigger-type liquid dispenser (1) including an operating lever (6) held swingably by a main body portion (3) in which a pump is disposed and including a spring member (7) that imparts restoring force to the operating lever (6). The trigger-type liquid dispenser (1) is configured to draw, pressurize, and force-feed a content liquid contained in a container (C) to dispense the content liquid through a nozzle (5), by actuating the pump in response to the operating lever (6) being pulled repeatedly. The spring member (7) is held swingably with respect to the main body portion (3), and, in response to the operating lever (6) being pulled, the spring member (7) undergoes elastic deformation and swings with respect to the main body portion (3).
Abstract:
Provided is a device for metering and dispensing a liquid or viscous product. The device includes an inlet opening at a lower longitudinal end for the passage of the product from a container, an outlet opening at an upper longitudinal end for the dispensing of the product from the device, and a main chamber accommodating a piston that moves lengthwise with respect to the main chamber.
Abstract:
A bellow actuated pump may be attached to a pouch using a pouch fitment integrated with a base of the pump or to which the pump may be attached, wherein the pouch fitment includes one or more curved wings and each of the wings has one or more weld ribs wherein at least two weld ribs cross to provide a contact for sealing with a pouch.
Abstract:
A trigger dispenser (1) for liquids comprises a suction valve (30) and a delivery valve (60), separate from the suction valve (30). The dispenser (1) has a detachable stop (100), comprising a bottom (104) positioned rearwards of the delivery valve (60) to form an end stop abutment with this during the dispensing step.
Abstract:
A propellantless aerosol fluid dispensing system including a reusable pressurizable canister and a disposable fluid containing pouch, the pouch including a valve assembly for dispensing the fluid.
Abstract:
A fluid dispenser pump comprising: a pump body; at least a first piston that slides in leaktight manner in said pump body on each actuation so as to expel a dose of fluid through a dispenser orifice (45) that is provided in a dispenser head (40); a closure member (38), movable between a closed position and an open position, being disposed in said dispenser head (40) upstream from said dispenser orifice (45), said closure member (38) being urged towards its closed position by a resilient element, such as a spring; said closure member (38) in the closed position co-operating in leaktight manner with said dispenser head (40) in at least three distinct sealing zones (381, 382, 383).
Abstract:
A discharge device for liquid media having housing sections movable relative to one another along a total stroke between a non-actuated rest position and an actuated end position and together forming a manual actuating device. A media reservoir stores the medium prior to discharge, and a conveying device includes a discharge opening and a dosage chamber. The actuating and conveying devices are operatively coupled such that during a first partial stroke of the discharge actuation starting from the rest position the media reservoir and the dosage chamber are in communicating connection and during a second partial stroke of the discharge actuation following the first partial stroke the media reservoir and the dosage chamber are separated, the volume of the dosage chamber and the media reservoir being reduced by the second partial stroke of the discharge actuation.
Abstract:
A content discharge mechanism for a container with a pump has a discharge outlet that is fixed in position. The device has an operation button and a cylindrical piston that move as one, as well as a ball valve that rests on a seat. The ball valve opens as the cylindrical piston retracts after an actuation to allow more fluid into the upstream passage chamber. A downstream passage with a valve for dispensation fluidly communicates with the upstream passage through a hole. As the cylindrical piston and its seal slide over the hole, the discharge from the downstream passage stops.
