    摘要: A locking device assembly for a door located at a door frame. The locking device assembly includes a door strike assembly including a magnetized ferromagnetic material and a latchbolt assembly located at the door. The latchbolt assembly includes a latchbolt and a magnetic field sensor, wherein the magnetic field sensor senses a magnetic field provided by the door strike assembly. The door strike assembly includes, in different embodiments, a magnet located in a frame of the door strike assembly or a magnetic roller. The magnetic field sensor includes a magnetometer configured to determine the presence of a magnetic field provided by the door strike assembly. In the event that the door strike assembly has been removed to defeat the locking device, the lack of the magnetic field indicates that a security condition exists. An alert is provided to indicate the existence of the security condition.

    摘要: A tamper-resistant sash window lock includes a housing, a shaft, a cam, and a lever member. An interior surface of the housing wall that defines a cavity. A portion of the interior surface of the housing wall is curved about a hole in the housing, with a distal end of the wall portion formed into a lock surface. The shaft is rotatably mounted in the hole, and a hub of the cam is rotatably mounted on the shaft. The cam has a cantilevered arm with a lock surface and an engagement surface. The lever member is fixedly secured to the shaft, for a first side thereof to engage and drive the cam hub in a first rotational direction into a lock position when the shaft is actuated in the first rotational direction, so the lock surface of the cantilevered arm engages the lock surface of the housing preventing forced entry.

    摘要: A cabinet lock secures a door panel to a cabinet frame and includes a latching component and an electromechanical component. The latching component has a latch member reciprocally translatable between a locked orientation to secure the door panel to the cabinet frame and an unlocked orientation to free the door panel from the cabinet frame. The electromechanical component includes an actuator and drive member. Powering the actuator causes the drive member to translate the latch member to the unlocked orientation. A drive member position sensor may emit a signal indicative of the position of the latch member. The electromechanical component may be retrofit-able to a latching component of a pre-existing mechanical cabinet lock.

An electronic door lock has a lock body, at least one electrical component within the lock to be monitored, and at least one output for connection to an external unit located remotely from the electronic door lock for monitoring load resistance between the external unit and the electronic door lock. A circuit is mounted adjacent to or within the electronic lock body. The circuit includes an electrical connection to the at least one electrical component within the electronic door lock and an external electrical output for connection to the external unit. The circuit further includes at least one resistor between the electrical connection to the at least one electrical component within the electronic door lock and the external electrical output, the at least one resistor imparting a desired load resistance capable of being monitored by the external unit.

    摘要: The present invention consists of a plug bolt and a bolt seat. The plug bolt comprises a conductor and a circuit board; the conductor has a first stuck-buckle, an accommodation-hole, and a top-cover; the circuit board is set with an RFID chip, an upper contact point, and a lower contact point. The RFID chip forms a first far-field antenna loop through the first pin, the upper contact point, the top-cover, and the conductor. The bolt seat is equipped with an elastic device, an internal antenna, an inserting-hole, and a second stuck-buckle, thereby controlling the elastic device to provide a pre-pressure to the internal antenna to electrically connect with the lower contact point. When the RFID chip is activated, the internal antenna forms a second far-field antenna loop and synchronously activate the first one; which the first and second far-field antenna loops can be cut-off when the top-cover is worn.
