摘要: Disclosed is an electronic device including an antenna module including a first antenna element and a second antenna element, and a processor operatively connected to the antenna module. The processor may be configured to transmit a first signal through the first antenna element, to receive a second signal including a signal obtained as the first signal is reflected by a target object, through the second antenna element, to calculate a distance from the antenna module to the target object based on a phase of the second signal, and to reduce a power level of the antenna module when the distance to the target object is smaller than a reference distance. In addition, various embodiments as understood from the specification are also possible.

摘要: An electronic device comprises a first radiator coupled to a second radiator. One end of a second branch of the second radiator is connected between a head end and a tail end of a first branch of the second radiator. The other end of the second branch is connected between a head end and a tail end of a third branch of the second radiator. A projection of a reference face of the first branch on the first radiator is a first projection. The first projection partly overlaps the first radiator, or a distance between the first projection and the first radiator is within a range of 0 to 3 millimeters. A ratio of a first center distance between an end face of the third branch and the reference face, and a second center distance between the other end face of the third branch and the reference face is within a range of 0.5 to 2.

摘要: An antenna device includes a first antenna unit, a second antenna unit and a third antenna unit. An angle between the second antenna unit and the first antenna unit is substantially equal to 90 degrees. 摘要: An apparatus and method for wavelength conversion of a signal, for example, a dual-polarization signal, is disclosed. The apparatus implements a single-loop counter-propagating wavelength conversion scheme which provides both up-conversion and down-conversion of the signal within the same loop. Nonlinear wavelength conversion devices in the loop provide both up-conversion and down-conversion of the polarization components of the signal within the loop depending on whether the polarization component travels through the nonlinear conversion device in a clockwise or a counter-clockwise direction. The wavelength-converted signal is available to be extracted from the wavelength-conversion loop. An all-optical wavelength-division multiplexing transponder based on the wavelength-conversion scheme is also disclosed.

The lower end may include first and second open slot antennas that are directly fed by respective feeds and that radiate in a cellular ultra-high band. The lower end may also include first and second inverted-F antennas. The upper end may include third and fourth inverted-F antennas. The first inverted-F antenna may have a first feed that conveys currents below 2700 MHz and a second feed that conveys antenna currents in the cellular ultra-high band, a wireless local area network band, and/or ultra-wideband frequency bands. If desired, the upper end may include a third open slot antenna that is directly fed by a corresponding antenna feed and that radiates in the cellular ultra-high band and/or in the ultra-wideband frequency bands.

摘要: An electronic device includes: a first pair of antennas having a first polarization along a first direction in a plane, where the first pair of antennas are spatially offset from each other along a second direction in the plane; and a second pair of antennas having a second polarization along the second direction, where the second pair of antennas are spatially offset from each other along the first direction. During operation, the electronic device may configure switching elements to: select the first pair of antennas and electrically couple the second pair of antennas to ground; or select the second pair of antennas and electrically couple the first pair of antennas to ground. Then, the electronic device may communicate a packet or a frame with a second electronic device via the selected first pair of antennas or the second pair of antennas.
