摘要: An electrocardiogram analysis apparatus includes a machine learning part that has a machine learning model realized by machine learning that uses training electrocardiogram data of a patient with paroxysmal arrhythmia during a non-paroxysmal period during which no episode of paroxysmal arrhythmia occurs; an input processing part that inputs electrocardiogram data of a person to be analyzed, which is a subject of analysis, into the machine learning model; and an output control part that outputs, to an information terminal, abnormality information which is to be output from the machine learning model and is about whether the person to be analyzed has paroxysmal arrhythmia.

摘要: Disclosed includes a body surface device for diagnosing locations associated with electrical rhythm disorders to guide therapy. The device can sense electrical signals and determine multiple sites that may be operative in that patient. The patch may encompass the heart regions from where the heart rhythm disorder originates. The patch comprises an array of electrodes configured to detect electrical signals generated by a heart. A controller may determine the locations of interest based on detected electrical signals. The controller is configured to locate these regions relative to the surface patch. The system may be coupled to a sensor or therapy device inside the heart, to guide this device to a region of interest. The controller is further configured to instruct the operator to use the trigger or source information to treat the heart rhythm disorder in an individual using additional clinical data and methods for personalization such as machine learning.

摘要: An ambulatory electrocardiography monitor is provided. The monitor includes a housing adapted to couple to a monitoring patch that includes electrocardiographic electrodes; and electronic circuitry provided within the housing. The electronic circuitry includes an electrocardiographic front end circuit; the microcontroller configured to: execute a power up sequence upon the housing coupling to the patch; after the execution of the power-up sequence, retrieve from the monitoring patch an identifier associated with the patch and a password for accessing results of a physiological monitoring conducted using the patch; read samples of the electrocardiographic signals, buffer the samples of the electrocardiographic signals, compress the buffered samples of the electrocardiographic signals, buffer the compressed samples of the electrocardiographic signals, and write-the buffered samples into a memory in association with the password and the identifier; and the memory electrically interfaced with the microcontroller.

摘要: Technologies and implementations for a wearable healthcare system including a remote device, a server, and a configurable comparator module (CCM). The CCM may be configured to facilitate communication between the server and a remote device. A wearable medical device (WMD) may be configured to provide electrocardiogram (ECG) data to the server. The CCM may be configured capture one or more portions of the ECG data to be configured and compared at the remote device. Accordingly, the CCM may be configured to display the one or more portions at the remote device capable of being utilized by a person at the remote device.

摘要: Methods and apparatuses, including devices and systems, for remote and detection and/or diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction (AMI). In particular, described herein are handheld and adhesive devices having an electrode configuration capable of recording three orthogonal ECG lead signals in an orientation-specific manner, and transmitting these signals to a processor. The processor may be remote or local, and it may automatically or semi-automatically detect AMI, atrial fibrillation or other heart disorders based on the analyses of the deviation of the recorded 3 cardiac signals with respect to previously stored baseline recordings.

摘要: An implantable medical device system capable of sensing cardiac electrical signals includes a sensing circuit, a therapy delivery circuit and a control circuit. The sensing circuit is configured to receive a cardiac electrical signal and sense a cardiac event in response to the signal crossing a cardiac event sensing threshold. The therapy delivery circuit is configured to deliver an electrical stimulation therapy to a patient's heart via the electrodes coupled to the implantable medical device. The control circuit is configured to control the sensing circuit to set a starting value of the cardiac event sensing threshold and hold the starting value constant for a sense delay interval. The control circuit is further configured to detect an arrhythmia based on cardiac events sensed by the sensing circuit and control the therapy delivery circuit to deliver the electrical stimulation therapy in response to detecting the arrhythmia.

摘要: An information processing system is provided to reduce labor of medical staff in determining heart failure stage. The information processing system is configured to execute: a reading step of reading out an input first electrocardiogram including an electrocardiogram of a user; and a determination step of determining a heart failure stage of the user based on the first electrocardiogram and reference information, wherein the reference information is information showing a relationship between the second electrocardiogram, including the electrocardiogram obtained beforehand, in which the heart failure stage has been determined by the physician, and a feature quantity of the heart failure, wherein: the reference information is a learned model in which the feature quantity of the heart failure is learned from the second electrocardiogram, and the learned model is a model that learned a content determined in the determination step and corresponding clinical data.

摘要: Systems, methods, and computer software for detecting atrial fibrillation are described. Photoplethysmographic (PPG) signal data may be received as communicated by a PPG sensor of a wearable device worn by a user. Heartbeats from a portion of the PPG signal data may be determined and a heart rhythm type may be determined based on at least the heartbeats. A determination of whether the heart rhythm type includes Atrial Fibrillation (AF) may be made, and, when AF is detected, an AF detection alert may be displayed at the wearable device.
