    摘要: Provided are a bike trainer, and an exercise apparatus with a bike trainer for supporting a bike on a treadmill. A mounting bracket is adapted to be non-invasively installed on a frame of the treadmill utilizing a releasable fastener that is adjustable to secure an installation of the mounting bracket and allow the mounting bracket to be removed from the frame. A plurality of arms are coupled to the mounting bracket and each include a distal end to be positioned at an elevation vertically above an elevation of the belt of the treadmill. A bike coupler is provided adjacent to the distal end of at least one of the arms, and is adapted to cooperate with a portion of the bike to couple the bike to the bike trainer apparatus and maintain the bike over the belt of the treadmill.

    摘要: It consists of a folding structure (2), to which one or more rollers (3) are coupled, which is constituted by an articulated one-piece construction, formed of a plurality of straight sections (2a, 2b) joined together by means of articulated joints that rotate around a vertical axis (4) and movement of the sections on the horizontal plane, and hinged joints that rotate around a horizontal axis (5) and movement of the sections on the vertical plane. In its use position, it has a rectangular frame shape, while in its folded position it forms an elongated and flat compact block. The upper part of the structure (2) has recesses (8) with protruding nipples (9), suitable for being inserted into holes (10) made on the ends (3a) of the roller (3) axis; while dampers (11) made of anti-slip material are disposed in the lower part thereof. There is an joint that rotates around a vertical axis (4) with an angle of rotation of up to 270° in each of the joints between transverse (2a) and longitudinal (2b) sections, and another hinged joint that rotates around a horizontal axis (5) with an angle of rotation of up to 180° between the longitudinal (2b) sections. It is susceptible to being folded in half and then back upon it itself along its minor central axis.

    摘要: A bicycle trainer provides variable resistance to pedaling and allows for a rider to simulate a real-world bicycle course. The trainer engages both the front tire and the back tire of the bicycle and adjusts each according to the rider's preferences during a training session. The front tire lifts up and down as the bicycle moves forward and backward on the trainer. The back tire is adjusted by incorporating magnets thereon in the form of magnetic elements on a sleeve or a clip that engages the back tire and/or the back tire rim. The magnets on the back tire may also be attached to the spokes. The trainer includes magnets as well, usually of opposite polarity, and adds resistance to pedaling when the magnetic fields of the magnets interact to resist back tire revolution.

    摘要: An exercise apparatus includes a base providing a relatively higher first terminal end, a relatively lower second terminal end, and a track between the first and second terminal ends. The exercise apparatus also includes a seat unit movable along the track between a first position adjacent to the first terminal end and a second position located far apart from the first terminal end. A distance difference relative to the seat unit is produced by a wheel pedal unit movable along the track between a first pedaling position adjacent to the second terminal end and located horizontally far apart from the seat unit, and a second pedaling position located far from the second terminal end and horizontally adjacent to the seat unit. Thus, changing the position of the wheel pedal unit and the position of the seat unit can change the distance difference between the seat unit and the wheel pedal unit in both the vertical and horizontal directions. This enables a user to selectively perform different exercise modes in either a normal sitting posture or a recumbent sitting posture.

    摘要: An optimal bicycle frame size based on operational characteristics provided by a rider when riding a dynamic fit unit is determined. A best-fit bicycle frame size that is a closest match to the optimal frame size is determined. At least one of the optimal X,Y location of the bicycle's handlebar relative to the bottom bracket, and the optimal X,Y location of the bicycle's seat relative to the bottom bracket, is determined. A stem and spacer from a list of available stems and spacers that will best fit between the head tube of the best-fit frame and the optimal X,Y location of the handlebar is determined. A seat post from a list of available seat posts that will best fit between the seat tube of the best-fit frame and the optimal X,Y location of the seat is determined. A list of the best-fit frame, the best fit stem and spacer, and the best fit seat post, is produced.
