摘要: A binding machine includes a wire feeding unit that feeds a wire, a curl forming unit that forms a path along which the wire fed by the wire feeding unit is to be wound around an object, a cutting unit that cuts the wire wound on the object, a binding unit that twists the wire wound on the object and cut by the cutting unit, and a drive unit that drives the binding unit. The drive unit includes a motor and a decelerator that perform deceleration and amplification of torque. The decelerator includes a sun gear, a planetary gear in mesh with the sun gear, a planet cage that supports the planetary gear, and an internal gear in mesh with the planetary gear. The planet cage is rotatably supported on one side and the other side along an axis direction.

摘要: A method of forming bundles of glass articles is provided. The method includes transporting individual glass articles to an insert building station using a conveying system. The glass articles are individually located within article receiving slots of a layer separation insert using the conveying system. Each slot of the layer separation insert receives a single glass article forming a glass article layer of side-by-side glass articles. Multiple glass article layers including layer separation inserts are stacked using the conveying system forming a bundle. The layer separation inserts provide a barrier between adjacent glass articles of each of the glass article layers to inhibit glass-to-glass contact.

The curl guide unit (5A) includes a first guide unit (50) that curls the wire (W) fed by the feeding unit (3A) and a second guide unit (51) that guides the wire (W) fed from the first guide unit (50) to the binding unit (7A), and the second guide unit (51) includes a fixed guide unit (54) that restricts a position in a radial direction of the wire (W) wound around the reinforcing bar (S) and a movable guide unit (55) that restricts a position in an axial direction of the wire (W) wound around the reinforcing bar (S).

摘要: The invention relates to a tying device of a type comprising: a work surface (10) comprising an opening (11) in the shape of a slot; a tying member (103) which can be activated so as to place at least one string (400) around an item (500) which is moving in a transfer direction (A) on a first side of the work surface (10), and to carry a portion of said string (400) to a second side of the work surface (10), forming at least one loop; and a knotting lip (55) capable of closing the loop with a knot on the second side of the work surface (10). The slot extends generally in the transfer direction (A), allowing a portion of the loop to pass through, but keeping the knot on the second side of the work surface (10) over at least a portion of the movement of the item (500).

A drive rotates the accumulator about its axis to sequentially locate the notches at a first station at which long bars are received in the notches and accumulated into batches; a second station at which the batches are tied into bundles; and a third station at which the bundles are delivered from the notches to a bundle collector.
