摘要： A publicly accessible urban beach entertainment complex is disclosed, with a man-made tropical, pristine-clear lagoon as the centerpiece of the complex, with surrounding entertainment, educational, sports, and commercial facilities, the complex having controlled public access and providing the look and feel of a tropical beach with clear waters and sandy beaches. In addition a method for efficiently utilizing facilities and land that are vacant, underutilized, have limited uses, or that are contiguous to or nearby recreational, educational, sports, or commercial venues is disclosed. The method providing a publicly accessible urban beach entertainment complex with a centerpiece man-made tropical-style pristine-clear lagoon. The method allows for generating revenue and increasing efficiency by pairing vacant sites, underutilized sites, limited use land, or sites that are contiguous to entertainment, educational, sports, and/or commercial venues with urban beach entertainment complexes. The complex preferably has a controlled public access, thereby allowing entrance upon payment of a fee.

摘要： The present invention relates to a decorative and removable cover for wrapping and protecting fences and gates. The cover is made of weatherproof, durable, tear resistant, and decorative material. More specifically, the cover includes a front covering member and a rear covering member for covering the fence from opposing sides. The covering members can be coupled/sewn at one or more edges or can be independent of each other. The cover includes a plurality of extension bands that are used for securing the cover onto the fence. The cover extends generally between the posts and between the top rail and the bottom rail of the fence. Users apply the cover as a temporary modification to the fence or gate which is in accordance with rules of homeowners' associations. The cover comes in a variety of sizes, colors, themes, and designs.

摘要： A folding corral system is operable to define an enclosed space and to selectively adjust the size of the enclosed space. The folding corral system broadly includes a corral structure, a swingable corral panel, and a powered drive system. The corral structure is operable to be installed adjacent the enclosed space. The corral panel is pivotally supported relative to the corral structure to swing about an upright pivot axis. The corral panel is swingable relative to the corral structure into and out of a deployed condition where the swingable corral panel at least partly defines the enclosed space. 摘要： A safety barrier assembly is provided for a parking garage is positioned in proximity to an opening for a VRC and includes a horizontal AGV safety beam and upper and lower pedestrian barriers having horizontal railings and vertical legs. The vertical legs are telescoped into openings at opposite ends of the AGV safety beam. The vertical legs of the upper pedestrian barrier are longer than those of the lower pedestrian barrier. The AGV safety beam can be moved vertically between a lower position where the AGV safety beam is substantially adjacent a floor of the parking garage and an upper position where the AGV safety beam is elevated from the floor. The horizontal railings of the pedestrian barriers are parallel to and spaced above the AGV safety beam in the lower position. However, the horizontal railings abut the AGV safety beam in the upper position.

摘要： A retractable fence system for a pool surround includes an array of ground tubes mounted around the pool. A resiliently upwardly biased substantially hollow post is slidably mounted in each ground tube. A retractable non-resilient flexible fence panel is mounted within each post so that, when the post is fully extended above ground, the fence panel maybe selectively extended laterally from the post, through a vertical slot in the sidewall of the post. The distal end of the fence panel, when extended, releasably mounts to a next adjacent post.
