The leaf unit includes a scissor guide fastenable on the leaf and a scissor rod moveable relative to the scissor guide in the operating state. The scissor rod is movable between a closed position and a tilt position relative to the scissor guide in the operating state. The scissor guide and the scissor rod are pre-fixed for insertion into the leaf groove in a pre-installation position which is between the closed position and the tilt position.

摘要： A connecting device, in particular for installing at least one opening stay on a window leaf has a rail, which can be guided as far as possible in the direction of the first longitudinal axis thereof into a groove of the connecting device. The groove engages at least in sections behind the rail. The blocking of the longitudinal displaceability of the rail in the groove is guaranteed at least counter to the first longitudinal direction by a projection connected to the rail, which projection engages in a recess in the region of the groove. The projection is held in the installed position of the connecting device by a spring element in the recess. A spring element is arranged on the rail preferably in a limited movable manner. Alternatively or in addition, the connecting device can comprise a cap which holds the projection in the installed position of the connecting device indirectly and/or directly at least partially in the recess.

摘要： An operator for a jalousie window includes a linkage with two toggle joints. The toggle joints assist in locking the window in its fully opened or fully closed position. The toggle joints of the operator are actuated by an actuating lever which is mounted to the window frame of the jalousie window so as to provide a mechanical advantage to operation of the jalousie window. The mechanical advantage afforded by the operator allows relatively heavy jalousie window louvers and associated moving components to be actuated by means of a tolerable range of actuating forces. The operating linkage is equipped with brakes which permit the louvers of the window to be maintained in any number of fixed orientations between the fully opened and fully closed position of the window.

A support member is securable to extend across the opening in fixed relation thereto, the support member being releasably securable to the interior of the panel away from one edge thereof by a releasable securing device. The support member is fixed at the one edge by a hinged fixing structure which allows the panel to pivot substantially along the one edge away from the opening when the support member is released from the releasable securing device. As a result, an emergency release of the panel can be accomplished.

The rotary shafts are aligned along independently inclined axes, which define a point of convergence beneath the hinge mechanism for the independent axes, so that the upper portion of the door is positioned away from the vehicle frame when the door is opened.

摘要： A retractable backlight apparatus for vehicles includes arcuate-shaped guide tracks mounted within the vehicle on opposite sides of the backlight panel. Rollers operably driven by a drive motor and connected to the backlight panel ride within the guide tracks to move the backlight panel between a raised, angled position closing the rear opening in the vehicle roof structure to a retracted, substantially vertical, stowed position within the interior of the vehicle. In one embodiment, a link is connected between a roller and the backlight panel and provides a final pivoting movement of the bottom edge of the backlight panel to bring the backlight panel into secure, sealing engagement in the vehicle roof structure when in the raised condition. A closure panel is pivotally mounted within the vehicle forward of the backlight panel and operably connected to the backlight panel to control the tilting movement of the backlight panel as the backlight panel moves between the raised and retracted positions.
