摘要： A garage door and faux window façade assembly includes a door panel adapted to be mounted in a garage door opening partially defined by an overhead door structure, a triangularly-shaped clearance area defined by a first line segment substantially coplanar with a forwardly-facing surface of the door panel, and second and third line segments defined by a path of the overhead door structure relative to the door panel as the door panel moves between a closed position and an open position, wherein the second line segment is proximate the upper edge of the door panel and the third line segment is proximate the lower edge of the door panel, the clearance area is adapted to be free from abutment with the overhead door structure as the door panel moves between a closed position and an open position, and wherein the clearance area includes a forward portion area defined by the first and second line segments and a ⅜ inch line that extends perpendicularly from the first line segment and intersecting the second line segment, and a frame including at least a select one of a window aperture extending there through and a window recess formed thereon, wherein the frame extends into the forward portion area of the clearance area in at least one location along a length of the frame.

摘要： A connector system is provided suitable for use in disconnecting a pair of pivotally connected panels in a multi-panel structure when the connector system is applied to the multi-panel structure. The connector system has a plurality of first connectors having first and second members, with the first member affixable to a first panel and the second member affixable to a second panel, the first and second members of the first connectors comprising at least two openings to permit passage therethrough of a pin that, when in place, permits relative pivotal movement of the first and second panels when the first and second members are connected to the first and second panels, where the first connectors may be easily detached upon actuation of an actuator by a user to remove the pin from the openings. The actuator may be manually and/or automatically operated.

摘要： A double hung window has upper and lower window sashes in a window frame including a header, sill, and a vertical jamb on each side. The upper sash is pivotally connected to the frame header for inward pivotal movement on a horizontal axis. The lower sash is pivotally connected to the upper sash for reverse pivotal movement on a parallel horizontal axis, whereby to fold the lower sash up and under the upper sash. A tape balance atop the frame applies a lifting force to the lower sash. Grasp and inward pull of a handle pulls lower and upper sashes inward from a dead center condition, thereby enabling the tape balance to effectively assist in pulling the sashes upward. A screen, separate from the window sashes, is removably mounted on the outer face of the window frame.

摘要： A window covering comprises an upper rail, a window shade, a lower rail, a press member located in the lower rail and extended therefrom, a first press assembly and a second press assembly located in the lower rail and spaced from each other to contact the press member, and a cord winding assembly located in the lower rail to connect to the first and second press assemblies. A first cord and a second cord run through the window shade to fasten to the cord winding assembly. A user can depress the press member and push or pull the lower rail upwards or downwards, so that the window shade can be retracted upwards or extended downwards through the first and second cords. Moreover, the first and second cords are held inside the lower rail, hence accident caused by the exposed cords can be prevented.
