    摘要: An electrohydraulic booster comprises an electromechanical transducer and a hydromechanical power stage which is connected to a pressurized medium supply and encompasses a cylinder and a piston that can be moved therein along the working axis. The electromechanical transducer acts on a spool valve which is associated with the hydromechanical power stage, is disposed at least in part inside the piston, is guided within a guiding bore in such a way as to be movable along the working axis, and has two first leading edges that cooperate with corresponding second leading edges located on the guiding bore in order to form a hydraulic sequential control. The guiding bore consists of two parts, i.e. a cylinder-mounted first section and a second section which can be moved along the working axis and comprises the second leading edges.

    摘要: An improved double wall cylinder includes a neck which extends along an axis generally coincident with the longitudinal axis of the cylinder. This neck supports an outer wall and an inner wall and includes a first passage and a second passage for providing fluid communication between the cylinder and a remote control unit. The outer and inner tubular walls are preferably formed of commonly available tubing and the manufactured cost of the cylinder may be reduced by the fact that one of the tubular walls is devoid of threads, apertures and other machined portions. If the end gland is removed for service, the inner wall is frictionally retained in position while the piston assembly is withdrawn. The inner wall may then be removed, leaving the outer wall attached to the neck by a threaded connection. Risk of accidential loss of parts is thereby reduced. The cylinder is configured for use with a mounting plate of the type having a pair of spaced, outwardly extending hollow lugs. The cylinder includes a unique neck which allows the cylinder to be installed to or removed from the lugs for service without disturbing the position of the mounting plate or the lugs.

    摘要: A compact valve actuator for operating a valve of the butterfly type or the like. The actuator comprises a pair of joined pistons which respond by simultaneous reciprocation to introduction of operating fluid such as air into the actuator. Means such as a linkage for connecting the actuator to a valve is provided, such means being connected to the pistons interiorly thereof for minimizing the actuator size for a given required stroke. One of the pistons at a bearing surface thereof, rides on a guide means received interiorly of the piston thereby further enhancing the compactness of the actuator. The surface of the guide means is pressurized with the operating fluid applied to that one piston whereby risk of operating fluid leakage across that piston at the bearing surface thereof is substantially eliminated.

An inner race is rotationally maintained within the outer race by a plurality of bearing elements fitted in an annular raceway formed by complementary grooves on the mating surfaces of the inner and outer races. A set of spaced mounting blocks is releaseably secured to the inner race. Coaxial bores within the mounting blocks rotationally receive coaxial stub shafts of a hydraulic cylinder mounting ring. The mounting ring secures the hydraulic lift cylinder to the crawler tractor and includes a lubrication conduit system interconnecting both stub shafts.
