    摘要: The invention relates to an actuator cylinder, which is intended to be operated using a control valve controlled by an operating lever. The actuator cylinder includes a cylinder barrel, a piston, and a rod, which extends outside the cylinder barrel. A detector element is fitted in connection with the rod, its angle of rotation corresponding to the current position of the piston. The control valve includes a rotatably supported slide construction, to which the detector element is connected in order to rotate the slide construction to a free-circulation position, when the piston is in a position according to the operating lever. The control valve also includes connections, between which a through-flow channel is arranged. The slide construction additionally includes a component shutting off the through-flow channel.

    摘要: A multi-lobed, low friction vane, thrust vector controller is disclosed. Low friction vanes are independently movable into and out of the thrust of the exhaust of a jet engine. All vanes may be used together to adjust exhaust surface area to maximize thrust and fuel efficiency in varying conditions. Vanes also move independently to impart directional force to roll, pitch and yaw traditional aircraft and hover VTOL aircraft. A bleed air pressure actuator for moving the vanes is disclosed.

    摘要: A control valve and a method of controlling fluid flow include an input device which provides an input for moving a primary valve member an amount which is a function of the input, thereby opening flow pathways through the valve. The control valve is connected to a mechanical feedback mechanism which moves a feedback valve member an amount which is a function of the movement of a device to which the fluid flow is directed, such as a hydraulic actuator. Movement of the actuator to a desired position causes the second valve member to be moved to such a position that, in combination with the first valve member, the flow pathways through the valve are closed. The actuator is thereby moved to and maintained at the desired position without the need for the electronics feedback sensor used in prior art systems to sense actuator position.

    摘要: There is disclosed a combined servo control and jack unit which comprises a casing, an actuated piston slidably disposed in a piston chamber and having a piston rod extending outwardly of the casing. A servo valve chamber, axially parallel to the piston chamber, has slidably mounted therein a spool and also a sleeve member which is mechanically connected to the piston rod. Shifting the spool in either axial direction directs hydraulic fluid to one or the other side of the piston, thus moving the latter until spool stopping, at which time the sleeve automatically, almost instantly, blocks off the flow in the new position. A variable speed, gradual action of the piston is obtained without hydraulic shock or cavitation.

    摘要: A servo system is presented for controlling the angular attitude of machine units pivotally mounted on an outlying boom frame. Said system is applicable to rock drilling machines, breakers, loading scoops and forks, working platforms, manipulator booms, and the like. The system includes a directional control valve for governing the positioning motor of the machine unit. Under full working pressure the directional valve in itself provides automatic attitude control of the machine unit. To this end the directional valve is provided with a feedback position, in which the pressure fluid communications to the positioning motor are cut off and furthermore has a syngonous (uniangular) relationship on the one hand to the actual angle value of the machine unit with one of its valve elements and on the other to a selective set angle value with its other valve element.

    摘要: A hydraulic servo-actuator has a casing embracing therein a hydraulic fluid chamber which is divided into two hydraulic drive chambers by a vane projecting from a first shaft. To each of the divided chambers are connected an oil feeding passage provided with a variable restrictor and intended for the feeding of pressurized oil and an oil discharge passage intended for the discharging of the pressurized oil. A second shaft is coaxially disposed relative to the first shaft, and the first and second shafts are correlated with each other in such a way that the relative rotary displacement occurring between the two shafts controls the aperture of the oil discharge passages communicating with the divided chambers. The difference between the static pressures which are consequently produced within the divided chambers because of the aperture of the oil discharge passages causes the vane to swing, making it possible to control the torque even when the vane is in the neighborhood of its neutral position. In addition, the variable restrictors provided in the oil feeding passages serve the purpose of regulating the amount of the pressurized oil to be fed. Hence, the hydraulic servo-actuator is capable of stably controlling the torque.
