摘要: A method of attaching a casted metal part and a metal hose line includes: providing a cast metal part having a cylindrical portion; providing a metal hose line; heating the metal hose line to a temperature of between 500 and 900 degrees Fahrenheit; positioning the inner diameter of the metal hose line over the outer diameter of the cylindrical portion; allowing the metal hose line to cool to reduce the gap between the inner diameter of the metal hose line and the outer diameter of the cast metal part; and forming a first weld along an outer circumference of the metal hose line, wherein the width of the first weld at the connection between the hose line and cast metal part is 50% or less than the metal hose wall thickness.

摘要: A pipe coupling for triple wall corrugated plastic pipe includes a triple wall corrugated bellmouth connector that is of a unitary construction with one end of the corrugated plastic pipe. This bellmouth connector is of higher strength and in cooperation with the two wall corrugated spigot provides a high strength coupling. This coupling includes the bellmouth connector and spigot that are made inline with the corrugated pipe. A method for the manufacture of the pipe includes controlling of an air pressure on the outside of a formed two wall corrugated pipe as an exterior third wall is secured thereto.

According to the invention, it is provided that the inner hose (2) and the connecting piece (4, 6) are formed as one piece and the inner hose (2) and the connecting piece (4, 6) are preferably produced via extrusion in a common extrusion process.

摘要: Implementations described herein protect a chamber components from corrosive cleaning gases used at high temperatures. In one embodiment, a chamber component includes at least a bellows that includes a top mounting flange coupled to a bottom mounting flange by a tubular accordion structure. A coating is disposed on an exterior surface of at least the tubular accordion structure. The coating includes of at least one of polytetrafluoroethylene, parylene C, parylene D, diamond-like carbon (DLC), yttria stabilized zirconia, nickel, alumina, or aluminum silicon magnesium yttrium oxygen compound. In one embodiment, the chamber component is a valve having an internal bellows.

The collapsible section of corrugated pipe has a first joining area and a second joining area. The first non-collapsible section of corrugated pipe is connected to the collapsible section of corrugated pipe at the first joining area, and the second non-collapsible section of corrugated pipe is connected to the collapsible section of corrugated pipe at the second joining area. An outermost diameter of the collapsible section of corrugated pipe is approximately the same as an outermost diameter of the first non-collapsible section of corrugated pipe and an outermost diameter of the second non-collapsible section of corrugated pipe.
