摘要: Provided is a Single Pole N Throw (SPNT) switch including: a transmission line unit including a plurality of transmission lines each connected between a plurality of selection terminals and a single common terminal; and a SPST switch unit including a plurality of SPST switches for grounding each of the plurality of transmission lines, wherein the SPST switches allows at least a part of the plurality of transmission lines and other transmission lines to operate as open nodes at the common terminal for different frequencies.

摘要: Embodiments of the invention include an electromagnetic waveguide and methods of forming the electromagnetic waveguide. In an embodiment the electromagnetic waveguide includes a first spacer and a second spacer. In an embodiment, the first and second spacer each have a reentrant profile. The electromagnetic waveguide may also include a conductive body formed between in the first and second spacer, and a void formed within the conductive body. In an additional embodiment, the electromagnetic waveguide may include a first spacer and a second spacer. Additionally, the electromagnetic waveguide may include a first portion of a conductive body formed along sidewalls of the first and second spacer and a second portion of the conductive body formed between an upper portion of the first portion of the conductive body. In an embodiment, the first portion of the conductive body and the second portion of the conductive body define a void through the electromagnetic waveguide.

摘要: Disclosed herein are implementations of devices and methods for side mounting of microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) transducers on tapered horn antennae. A hole is made in a sidewall of a tapered horn antenna, where the hole is substantially cylindrical, tapered and the like. In an implementation, an internal port opening of a MEMS microphone is aligned with the hole and attached to the sidewall of the tapered horn antenna. In an implementation, the hole is tapered with a diameter at one end, either the same or slightly larger than the diameter of the port opening of the MEMS microphone and a larger diameter at another end of the hole. In an implementation, a tube is used to connect the internal port opening of the MEMS antenna to the hole in the tapered horn antenna. In an implementation, the tapered horn antenna may have multiple holes, each having its respective MEMS transducer.

摘要: A detection device includes a substrate on which a connector connected to a transmission line for microwaves, a detection circuit configured to convert the microwaves inputted from the transmission line via the connector to a detection value indicating power of the microwaves, and an output port configured to output the detection value obtained by the detection circuit are disposed. The detection device further includes a housing that has a first opening and a second opening and accommodates the substrate in a state where the connector is inserted into the first opening and the output port is inserted into the second opening. The detection device further includes a first sealing member provided at the first opening of the housing to seal a periphery of the connector; and a second sealing member provided at the second opening of the housing to seal a periphery of the output port.

A first waveguide input/output port is communicatively coupled to the first waveguide portion, and a second waveguide input/output port is communicatively coupled to the second waveguide portion. Relative rotation between the first waveguide member and the second waveguide member changes an angular length of the first waveguide connecting the first waveguide input/output port to the second waveguide input/output port.

摘要: A power distribution circuit includes a first portion, a second portion, a third portion, an isolation element, a first transmission sub-circuit and a second transmission sub-circuit. 摘要: A mounting substrate includes a circuit board and a coupler. The circuit board has a mounting surface on which a microwave integrated circuit element is to be mounted, the microwave integrated circuit element having a plurality of terminals including first and second antenna I/O terminals. The coupler connects the first and second antenna I/O terminals to a waveguide device. The coupler includes: a first electrical conductor portion to be connected to the first antenna I/O terminal; a second electrical conductor portion to be connected to the second antenna I/O terminal; and an elongated gap in which an end face of the first electrical conductor portion and an end face of the second electrical conductor portion oppose each other. The elongated gap has a narrow portion at which the distance between the end face of the first electrical conductor portion and the end face of the second electrical conductor portion is locally decreased. The coupler couples an electromagnetic field being produced at the narrow portion to a waveguide in the waveguide device.
