An example apparatus may receive, from a base station, scheduling information for an uplink or downlink transmission indicating an uplink or downlink PHY priority level from a set of priority levels including a first half-duplex priority level, a second half-duplex priority level, a first full-duplex priority level, and a second full-duplex priority level. The example apparatus may transmit or receive the uplink or downlink transmission based on the uplink or downlink PHY priority level indicated by the base station.

摘要: A front-end module of a wireless device can replace a passive duplexer with an active duplexer that uses metamaterial matching circuits. The active duplexer can be formed from a power amplifier circuit and a low noise amplifier circuit that each include a metamaterial matching circuit. The combination of a power amplifier circuit and a low noise amplifier circuit that each utilize metamaterials to form the associated matching circuit can provide the functionality of a duplexer without including the additional circuitry of a stand-alone or passive duplexer. Thus, in certain cases, the front-end module can provide duplexer functionality without including a separate duplexer. Advantageously, in certain cases, the size of the front-end module can be reduced by eliminating the passive duplexer. Further, the loss introduced into the signal path by the passive duplexer is eliminated improving the performance of the communication system that includes the active duplexer.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive one or more transmit receive point (TRP) pairing indications, wherein the one or more TRP pairing indications identify one or more TRPs that have a capability to be paired with one or more neighbor TRPs in a full-duplex communication mode or one or more TRPs that have a capability to be paired with one or more neighbor TRPs in a simultaneous half-duplex multi-TRP (mTRP) communication mode. The UE may transmit, to a base station, a report indicating at least one candidate TRP to be paired in the full-duplex communication mode or the simultaneous half-duplex mTRP communication mode based at least in part on the one or more TRP pairing indications. A communication device may transmit a random access channel (RACH) signal using a transmit beam of a set of transmit beams. The RACH signal may include a RACH preamble. The communication device may receive, based on the transmitted RACH signal, a receive beam of a set of receive beams. The communication device may determine a level of self-interference of the received beam. For example, the communication device may measure the level of self-interference of the received beam based on the transmitted RACH signal including the RACH preamble. The communication device may operate in a mode based on the determined level of self-interference.
