Abstract: A method for transmitting data by a transmitting device, includes applying, by the transmitting device, a redundancy version (RV) to a data channel; applying, by the transmitting device, a scrambling sequence to the data channel; and transmitting, by the transmitting device, the data channel, wherein the data channel is transmitted repeatedly in N consecutive subframes, where N is a positive integer greater than 1, wherein the RV for the data channel is changed once every R consecutive subframes in the N consecutive subframes, where R is a predefined positive integer greater than 1 and less than N, and wherein the scrambling sequence for the data channel is applied per subframe to the data channel and stays the same for a block of R consecutive subframes over which the RV for the data channel stays the same.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. In particular, the present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for receiving data, by a terminal, in a wireless communication system, the method comprising the steps of: receiving a PDCCH; receiving a PDSCH corresponding to the PDCCH in a subframe including CSI-RS resource available in a cell; and demodulating the PDSCH. If a predetermined condition is satisfied, demodulation of the PDSCH is performed on the assumption that the PDSCH is not transmitted in the CSI-RS resource available in the cell, and if the predetermined condition is not satisfied, the demodulation of the PDSCH is performed on the assumption that the PDSCH can be transmitted in the CSI-RS resources available in the cell.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a wireless access system supporting an unlicensed band, various methods for adjusting a contention window size, methods for performing a carrier sensing process in a single engine and a multi-engine, and an apparatus supporting the same. As one embodiment of the invention, a method for adjusting a contention window size (CWS) in a wireless access system supporting an unlicensed band may comprise: a step of setting a contention window size (CWS) necessary for performing a channel access process for each of priority classes; a step of performing a channel access process for a particular priority class in a channel in an unlicensed band on the basis of the set CWS; a step of performing a downlink transmission related to the particular priority class if it is determined that the channel in the unlicensed band is in an idle state as a result of the channel access process; and a step of making adjustments for all CWS' of priority classes if a triggering event, which relates to a downlink transmission and increases or reduces the CWS for the particular priority class, occurs.
