The PC requests the status information to the I/O unit in which the abnormality has occurred according to the status-abnormality acquiring I/O unit information.     摘要: A controller for an injection molding machine capable of reducing an extension of a cycle time in a screw retreat process after the end of measurement, obtaining a more accurate and uniform measured resin amount, and determining measurement conditions in a short period of time. After the measurement is finished, the screw is stopped from rotating and retreated at a first speed V1. The screw is reversely rotated at a predetermined speed Rv in a set zone. As this is done, the screw is retreated at a second speed V2 lower than the first speed V1. After the reverse rotation zone is terminated, the screw is stopped from rotating and retreated at a third speed V3 to a set retreat stop position. By doing this, the cycle time can be made shorter than in the case where the retreat and reverse rotation of the screw are performed separately. Since the retreating speed of the screw is low while the screw is being reversely rotated, a sudden pressure change can be suppressed, so that precise measurement can be made. Since conditions for the reverse rotation and retreat of the screw can be regulated independently, they can be adjusted to optimum conditions in a short period of time.

In order to lessen the impact that occurs at this time, the velocity of the spindle head is controlled. The ideal swing velocity pattern for the turret is obtained, and from this swing velocity pattern the swing position of the turret at each moment is obtained. From the swing roller and cam CS positions at this position the position of the spindle head 34 is obtained. From the acquired spindle head position the spindle head velocity pattern is obtained, and the spindle head is controlled using this velocity pattern. As a result, an ideal swing pattern can be achieved, and therefore no impact arises.

    摘要: A transmission path delay is set in a shift setting register. A slave unit generates a PRE_ITP signal in response to a timing signal (ITP signal) issued by a master unit. The phase difference between this PRE_ITP signal and the ITP signal unique to the slave unit is loaded into a period modification counter. A timer corrects a reference value, outputs position/speed control period signals (SYN signals) and counts down the period modification counter with these SYN signals until the period modification counter reaches zero.
