    摘要: A method for stabilizing a track having sleepers supported on a track ballast and rails secured to the sleepers, includes using a stabilizing unit which is connected to a machine frame that can be moved on the rails and has a vibration exciter and rollers that can roll on the rails. The vibration exciter generates in particular horizontal vibrations which run transversely to the track longitudinal direction. The course of a force exerted onto the track by the stabilizing unit is recorded over a vibration path during a vibration cycle by sensors. At least one parameter is derived from the course by an evaluation device and is used to evaluate the stabilizing procedure and/or the quality of the track ballast. A device for implementing the method is also provided.

In this, a smoothed actual position course is formed from a course of the actual track position, wherein an over-lift value is prescribed for the treated track location in dependence of the course of the actual track position with regard to the smoothed actual position course. In this way, only short-wave track faults are treated with an over-lift value.

The drive system comprises a hydrodynamic drive associated with a first on-track undercarriage as well as a hydrostatic drive associated with a second on-track undercarriage. A pump distribution gear is switched between the motor and the hydrodynamic drive, via which the drive pump of the hydrostatic drive can be connected. This takes place in dependence on a friction value μ between the rail and wheel.

    摘要: A tamping unit includes tamping tines and a squeezing drive for squeezing the tamping tines. A vibration exciter has an outer cylinder and an inner cylinder. The inner cylinder is disposed coaxially to a cylinder axis and is mounted for displacement in an axial direction along sliding or gliding surfaces in the outer cylinder. A ring-shaped recess is provided between the two sliding or gliding surfaces which are spaced from one another in the axial direction. A spacer ring, which subdivides the ring-shaped recess into two fluid channels, is connected selectively to the inner or outer cylinder. The fluid channels are spaced from one another relative to the axial direction. The two fluid channels can be hydraulically actuated alternatingly by feed lines for vibration excitation.

    摘要: In a method for renewing a track (2) and cleaning a ballast bed (3), the old track (2) is lifted off the ballast bed in sections as a track panel (15), transported forward in a working direction (4) and deposited on track panel wagons (8). The exposed ballast bed (3), forming a renewal gap (17), is cleaned by a cleaning machine (11), spoil (32) accruing in the process is transported forward underneath the track panels (15) deposited on the track panel wagons (8), and stored in hopper cars (10). New rails (29), pre-deposited underneath new sleepers (27) positioned on sleeper wagons (14), are pulled forward into the renewal gap (17) by the cleaning machine (11) and deposited on the cleaned ballast bed (3). The new sleepers (27) are laid down on the cleaned ballast bed and connected to the new rails (29) lifted off the ballast bed (3).
