    摘要: A method for fabricating an active matrix organic electro-luminescence (OEL) display panel is provided. First, a driving circuit array including a plurality of driving circuits is formed on a substrate. A patterned conductive layer is then formed over the driving circuit array, wherein the patterned conductive layer is electrically coupled with a high voltage source and disposed above the driving circuits. Thereafter, a plurality of organic functional layers corresponding to the driving circuits is formed on the patterned conductive layer. Finally, a plurality of cathodes electrically insulated from each other is formed on the organic functional layers, wherein the each cathode is electrically coupled with the one of the driving circuits, respectively.

The driving circuit is suitable for driving the corresponding organic electro-luminescence device through a high voltage source and a low voltage source. Additionally, the driving circuit includes a scan line, a data line, and a control unit. The control unit is electrically coupled with the scan line, the data line, and the low voltage source. The organic electro-luminescence device is electrically coupled between the control unit and the high voltage source. Further, the corresponding organic electro-luminescence device is electrically coupled between the control unit and the high voltage source.

    摘要: A transparent touch panel according to this aspect of the present invention comprises a transparent substrate, a capacitive touch device positioned on the transparent substrate, an interfacial structure positioned on the capacitive touch device, and a display device positioned on the interfacial structure. The capacitive touch device includes a plurality of first sensing blocks positioned on the transparent substrate, a dielectric layer covering the first sensing blocks, a plurality of second sensing blocks positioned on the dielectric layer, a plurality of first wires positioned on the transparent substrate, and a plurality of second wires positioned on the dielectric layer. Preferably, the first sensing blocks and the second sensing blocks are interlaced, each first wire connects the first sensing blocks on the same column, and each second wire connects the second sensing blocks on the same row.

    摘要: A manufacturing method of organic flat light-emitting devices includes the following steps. First, a transparent substrate is provided, which has several microstructures on its first surface and the microstructures have a maximum height of 100 μm from the first surface. Second, a transparent anode is formed on the second surface of the transparent substrate that is opposite to the first surface. Thirdly, at least one organic electro-luminescent layer is formed on the transparent anode. Finally, a metal cathode is formed on the organic electro-luminescent layer. Another manufacturing method of organic flat light-emitting devices includes the steps of: forming a transparent thin film on a first surface of a transparent substrate, the transparent thin film having a plurality of microstructures with a maximum height of 100 μm; forming a transparent anode on a second surface of the transparent substrate opposite to the first surface; forming at least one organic electro-luminescent layer; and forming a metal cathode on the organic electro-luminescent layer.
