First, a driving circuit array including a plurality of driving circuits is formed on a substrate. A patterned conductive layer is then formed over the driving circuit array, wherein the patterned conductive layer is electrically coupled with a high voltage source and disposed above the driving circuits. Thereafter, a plurality of organic functional layers corresponding to the driving circuits is formed on the patterned conductive layer.
