摘要: An active matrix organic electro-luminescence display panel including a substrate, an organic electro-luminescence device array, and a driving circuit array is provided. The organic electro-luminescence device array includes numerous organic electro-luminescence devices which are arranged in array one the substrate, and the driving circuit array includes numerous driving circuits arranged in array on the substrate. The driving circuit is suitable for driving the corresponding organic electro-luminescence device through a high voltage source and a low voltage source. Additionally, the driving circuit includes a scan line, a data line, and a control unit. The control unit is electrically coupled with the scan line, the data line, and the low voltage source. The organic electro-luminescence device is electrically coupled between the control unit and the high voltage source. Further, the corresponding organic electro-luminescence device is electrically coupled between the control unit and the high voltage source.

摘要: A transparent touch panel according to this aspect of the present invention comprises a transparent substrate, a capacitive touch device positioned on the transparent substrate, an interfacial structure positioned on the capacitive touch device, and a display device positioned on the interfacial structure. The capacitive touch device includes a plurality of first sensing blocks positioned on the transparent substrate, a dielectric layer covering the first sensing blocks, a plurality of second sensing blocks positioned on the dielectric layer, a plurality of first wires positioned on the transparent substrate, and a plurality of second wires positioned on the dielectric layer. Preferably, the first sensing blocks and the second sensing blocks are interlaced, each first wire connects the first sensing blocks on the same column, and each second wire connects the second sensing blocks on the same row.

摘要: A light transmission touch panel comprises a transparent substrate, a first transparent conductive layer, an insulation layer and a second transparent conductive layer, wherein the first transparent conductive layer, the insulation layer and the second transparent conductive layer are patterned and overlaid on a surface of the substrate. The first transparent conductive layer and the second transparent conductive layer are either on a surface or respectively on two opposite surfaces of the insulation layer. An electrical field having a component along the surface of the substrate occurs between two adjacent portions of the first transparent conductive layer and the second transparent conductive layer once they are electrically charged. When an article touches the touch panel, the intensity of the electrical lines is accordingly changed so that the touch panel can detect where the touch position is.

摘要: A capacitive touch panel includes a substrate and a patterned conductive layer formed on the substrate. The patterned conductive layer includes a plurality of first electrode units, a plurality of second electrode units, a plurality of spaced apart first conductive lines, and a plurality of spaced apart second conductive lines. The first electrode units are capacitively coupled to the second electrode units so as to form a plurality of two dimensionally arranged capacitive sensing units. Each of the first electrode units includes a plurality of first electrodes. Each of the first conductive lines is connected to and extends from at least one of the first electrodes of a respective one of the first electrode units. The second conductive lines extend respectively from the second electrode units, and do not cross the first conductive lines.

摘要: A process of packaging an OEL panel is disclosed. A printed circuit board is provided, wherein the printed circuit board comprises a plurality of bonding pads and a plurality of bumps on the bonding pads. Next, at least one OEL panel having a plurality of polysolder interconnections is provided. Next, the OEL panel disposed on the printed circuit board. A reflow process is performed so that the OEL panel can electrically connect with the PCB by the polysolder interconnections. Because of the low-temperature reflow process, the process of packaging an OEL panel can be accomplished by a low temperature process.

摘要: A capacitive touch panel includes a substrate having a pattern-forming surface, a color pixel layer formed on the substrate, and a patterned conductive layer formed on the pattern-forming surface of the substrate. The patterned conductive layer includes a plurality of first electrode units, a plurality of second electrode units, a plurality of spaced apart first conductive lines, and a plurality of spaced apart second conductive lines. The first electrode units are capacitively coupled to the second electrode units so as to form a plurality of two dimensionally arranged capacitive sensing units. Each of the first electrode units includes a plurality of first electrodes. Each of the first conductive lines is connected to and extends along the pattern-forming surface from at least one of the first electrodes of a respective one of the first electrode units into a bonding area of the pattern-forming surface. The second conductive lines extend respectively from the second electrode units into the bonding area, and do not cross the first conductive lines.
