A mobile communication device is provided. The mobile communication device comprises a radio frequency (RF) module, a first communication module, a second communication module and a control module. The RF module is used to transmit and receive RF signals. The first communication module utilizes the RF module to establish a first communication connection. The second communication module utilizes the RF module to establish a second communication connection. The control module arbitrates requests to access the RF module from the first communication module and the second communication module.

A multi-channel audio playback apparatus including a channel interface, a first switching amplifier and a second switching amplifier is provided. The channel interface is used to receive multi-channel digital data and generate first channel digital data and second channel digital data. The first switching amplifier is used to convert the first channel digital data into a first pulse width modulation (PWM) signal according to a first reference signal with a first frequency. The second switching amplifier is used to convert the second channel digital data into a second PWM signal according to a second reference signal with a second frequency. The second frequency is different from the first frequency.
Abstract:
An example-based 2D to 3D image conversion method, a computer readable medium therefor, and a system are provided. The embodiments are based on an image database with depth information or with which depth information can be generated. With respect to a 2D image to be converted into 3D content, a matched background image is found from the database. In addition, graph-based segmentation and comparison techniques are employed to detect the foreground of the 2D image so that the relative depth map can be generated from the foreground and background information. Therefore, the 3D content can be provided with the 2D image plus the depth information. Thus, users can rapidly obtain the 3D content from the 2D image automatically and the rendering of the 3D content can be achieved.

A magnetic paper-feeding roller assembly is adapted to feed a piece of paper in a machine that requires paper-feeding and that includes a casing. The magnetic paper-feeding roller assembly includes a first roller and a second roller, both of which are adapted to be pivotably mounted in the casing. The first roller is made of a magnetically attractive material. The second roller produces a magnetic force to magnetically attract the first roller toward the second roller so as to maintain a predetermined gap between the first roller and the second roller.

A liquid cooling device includes a liquid block, a heat-dissipating plate, a thermal-conductive pipe, a pump and a heat sink. The liquid block, the pump, and the heat sink are connected by ducts. The pump drives a coolant to circulate among them. The thermal-conductive pipe is mounted on the heat-dissipating plate. Both ends of the thermal-conductive pipe are connected to the liquid block for the coolant to flow through. The liquid block and the heat sink are respectively mounted on the corresponding electronic devices to absorb heat using the circulating coolant. The heat sink is used to dissipate heat from another heat-generating electronic device. Therefore, one less liquid block is required, and the production cost becomes lower.

A playlist includes a plurality of playlist items, each targeting one of the playable items to be displayed according to the arrangement of the playlist items. A designated inter-item position on the playlist for inserting a new playlist item is received. A former playlist item and a later playlist item adjacent to the new playlist item are automatically retrieved. A second playable item targeted by the new playlist item is automatically generated to simulate a transition effect transitioning from the end of the playable item targeted by the former playlist item to the beginning of the playable item targeted by the later playlist item.

A gantry linear detecting device comprises a base, a gantry and a detecting system. The gantry is located on the base. The detecting system includes a first detector and a second detector. The first detector is slidably disposed on the gantry by a linear motor and a linear guideway. The second detector is slidably disposed on the base by an active linear module and a passive linear module. The linear motor and the active linear module move synchronously, thus improving the detecting precision.

Abstract:
An image adjustment method for displays is disclosed. Firstly, scan images on a display to get a coordinate of non-uniform brightness. Then the coordinate of non-uniform brightness is measured to obtain a chromatic value and a compensation value list is established according to a threshold value. Next brightness of images on the display is adjusted according to the coordinate of non-uniform brightness and the compensation value list so as to achieve uniform brightness of images, reduced labor cost and higher line speed.
