Abstract: A data processing method including receiving a data flow sent by an encoder side, where the data flow is a bit stream on which interleaving encoding is used, the data flow includes synchronization information, and the synchronization information is distributed in the data flow based on a first permutation interval, obtaining, from the data flow, first data information based on a first value interval and a first value length, where the first value interval is equal to the first permutation interval, and a difference between the first value length and a length of the synchronization information is less than or equal to a preset error value, and when a similarity between the first data information and the synchronization information exceeds a preset similarity threshold, performing de-interleaving on the data flow based on a start location of the first data information.

Abstract: An on-board charging (OBC) device for an electric vehicle includes a mains input including a power factor correction (PFC) converter, a mains-side direct current-to-alternating current (DC/AC) converter, a transformer having a mains-side coil and a battery-side coil, a battery-side alternating current-to-direct current (AC/DC) converter, a battery connector and one or more bypass switches configured to galvanically connecting the mains-side converter to the battery-side converter when closed. The transformer is configured to be magnetically coupled to a transmitter (TX) pad of an external wireless power transmitter (WPT), such that power is received by the mains-side coil and the battery side coil. When the bypass switches are closed, and the transformer is magnetically coupled to a WPT, power is sent to the battery connector through both the battery-side converter and the mains-side converter.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to picture encoding and decoding of image regions on tile-basis. In particular, multiple components of an input tensor including a first and second component in spatial dimensions is processed within multiple pipelines. Likewise, the processing of the second component includes dividing the second component in the spatial dimensions into a second plurality of tiles. The respective first and second plurality of tiles are then processed each separately. In case of compression, the processing of the first and/or second component includes picture encoding, rate distortion optimization quantization, and picture filtering. The bit in the first codeword is protected by a plurality of codewords generated at different moments, and a coding gain effect is better. In addition, the bit in the codeword is protected by different quantities of codewords.
