    Abstract: An ultrasonic induction circuit is provided, a first electrode of an ultrasonic sensor is electrically connected with a first terminal of the ultrasonic sensing circuit, a second electrode is electrically connected with a second terminal of a first potential supply sub-circuit, and the first terminal of the first potential supply sub-circuit is electrically connected with a first potential supply end. A gate of M1 is electrically connected with the second electrode and the second terminal of the compensation sub-circuit. The second electrode is electrically connected with the first terminal of the compensation sub-circuit. The first electrode is coupled to the second potential supply end. The first terminal of the signal output sub-circuit is electrically connected to the second electrode of the first transistor, and the second terminal is electrically connected to the second terminal of the ultrasonic induction circuit.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a fingerprint identification panel, a fingerprint identification method and a display device. The fingerprint identification panel includes: a display panel including a substrate and a display element arranged at one side of the substrate; and a fingerprint identification module arranged at a side of the substrate away from the display element. The fingerprint identification module includes a collimation membrane and photosensitive sensors. The collimation membrane is configured to allow a collimated light beam in a reflected light beam to pass therethrough and prohibit a scattered light beam in the reflected light beam from passing therethrough. The reflected light beam is formed by a light beam emitted from the display panel and reflected by a finger. Each photosensitive sensor is configured to receive the collimated light beam and identity a fingerprint in accordance with the collimated light beam.

    Abstract: A collimating structure, a method for fabricating the same and a display device are provided. The collimating structure includes a plurality of light-shielding layers with light-transmitting parts, and the distances between the respective light-shielding layers are adjusted using light-transmitting layers to thereby achieve a desirable depth-to-width ratio of a column of holes so as to define a light convergence angle of the collimating structure. At least one intermediate light-shielding layer is arranged between the top light-shielding layer and the bottom light-shielding layer, and the distances between the respective light-shielding layers are adjusted using the light-transmitting layers, so that crosstalk between light of the light-transmitting parts can be shielded to thereby improve the accuracy of recognized information about texture.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a touch panel and a touch screen. In the touch panel, the cathode is reused. In the touch control stage, each of the cathodes serves as a touch electrode, and normal display and touch functions of the touch panel can be realized by a time-division driving manner. Specifically, in the display stage, the pixel circuit controls the light emitting state of each pixel point (each pixel point has a light emitting device including a cathode); in the touch control stage, touch control signals are applied onto all control signal terminals of the pixel circuit and the cathodes at the same time. By doing so, on the basis that the touch control function can be realized, the synchronous driving of the touch control electrodes and the electrodes corresponding to the touch control electrodes can be realized.
